When I got to the teller, he apologized for the wait. I said, "What's going on? There are almost always two tellers here in the front." He explained that they got a new branch manager, Chantelle, who has radically changed things; changed things that were working really well to this. He apologized again. I don't know why the other manager was no longer there, but it's painfully obvious that this new manager doesn't care about her employees, and through that reckoning, cares even less about the cusotmers. I saw her off to the side just chatting away with one of the bankers without a care or regard for even the customers were sitting in the lobby waiting to be helped. The best branch in ABQ is no more, and I have a sinking feeling that Wells Fargo couldn't care less. As soon as possible, I plan to close my accounts and go somewhere else. I advise others to do the same, unless you're fine with poor customer service.

There's no sugar coating it, getting to this credit union is awful. They really should have put an entrance to it from Unser.
