It had been a few years, and my eyes were "getting tired" and my bifocals had disppeared in the move. I found Dr. Tonya (Umbel) and went to get an exam. OH MY GOODNESS - The entire staff was so wonderful, friendly, and engaging! It just so happened to be my birthday, and they all made such a big deal about it! The thought they would even notice had not crossed my mind. I was thrilled! During my exam, I learned a few thing from Dr. Tonya, and what I could do to "help my vision" as well as my "tired eyes". I went nextdoor yesterday to get my new bifocals, and Michaell from Eyemart Express helped me. The two offices work together, if the customer chooses, to make the process simple. Michael helped me find a couple of great frames, Meagan made my glasses (On Site) and they were finished in an hour. Dr. Tonya and the staff are Awesome folks! All are very friendly, caring, and even more important, very knowledgable! I can now say I have a new optometrist! Thank you, all.

Due to loss of vision over the years, the visit was to determine whether I vision could be corrected enough with eyeglasses (which previous doctors had not been able to do properly). For the first time, I had someone who took extra, extra time to help with a prescription for glasses that helped me finally function again! She understood the complexities of the eye conditions being dealt with, which included environmental components and Lyme infection. She was patient, understanding and quite knowledgeable. Even though my insurance did not cover the latest visit with Fick Eyecare, I chose to pay out of pocket due to the positive experiences with Dr Umbel. I highly recommend her and appreciate her abilities, patience, friendliness.

We have made four appointments for dentures at this location. all appointments were made through a…read morecall center. All appointments were never confirmed or followed up with by the business. Upon following up with each of the made appointments we were told that the appointments did not exist or had been moved without any notification. today upon following up for an appointment for June 10th after attempting to do business with affordable dentures for the last two months fully aware of the covid situation and being patient we were again told that no appointment existed and that the soonest appointment available would be nearly 2 months from now on July 29th. So our options are to use affordable dentures and weight the two months hoping that that appointment lasts and isn't removed as well or disappear or to find a local business that will cost more and doesn't have the convenience of affordable dentures according to other users. I cannot believe this is how they intend to do business I would hope someone will read this and try to rectify the situation or this will ward off people who expect more from the medical facilities they do business with.

When I walked in I was greeted by the kindest lady at the front desk explained everything including my insurance and gave me my paperwork and explained it all. I also was greeted by Andrews wife faith who I recognized from the gas station where they live and I worked at. I didn't have ANY insurance and really should have been denied to be even looked AT. The kind people took me back and reassured that I was safe and everything would be ok. Dentist Andrew came in and made me feel so comfortable and his wife stayed in with me to hold my hand. All he did was look that day but he never had to even let me through the doors. The people are kind and caring and love to help any way possible. I didn't have not one issue. He is covered completely by my insurance and they pay for all of my teeth to be taken out and for my dentures. Getting my teeth removed slowly 3 at a time has been the best experience.
