He and his assistant Chris were attentive and captured the energy of each moment, finding the best angles and lighting to make every picture perfect. Professional and personal! It was…read moreimmediately obvious that his pictures are in a different league from those of "wedding photographers": artistic without being artsy or pretentious, natural, perfectly composed, capturing all the emotion - each picture (of people who were strangers to me, no less) "moved" me. My daughter and son-in-law interviewed several other photographers, and quickly realized that Andrew was the one. He is a pleasure to work with and asked all the right questions of the bride and groom to find out what they were hoping for. On the wedding day Andrew had everything under control (even the things we didn't!). The posed pictures were fast and easy, and I noticed Andrew and his terrific assistant (also a great photographer in his own right) exactly once during the ceremony and reception - at the very end; they could have been watching TV in the bride's room and we wouldn't have known, they were that unobtrusive. So we have no idea how they managed to shoot hundreds of beautiful pictures, beyond any hopes or expectations, capturing every important moment and more throughout the day. Our only complaint is that each picture is so fabulous, it's going to be excruciating to do the selection for the albums. What a great experience for the whole family to work with this delightful and talented consummate professional.

As someone who used to be a stagehand, and also just a person who's been to weddings where the entertainment just gets it wrong, I had VERY high standards when it came to selecting a DJ for my wedding. It's what makes or breaks your event. LJDJs won me over at that expo, and after I did my due diligence of interviewing a few of the other big names in our area, I knew LJDJs was still a level above. As a covid bride, I couldn't be more thankful to have had Jack Bermeo and LJDJs on my team. Throughout many postponements and a ton of changes, Jack was always my hype man, quick to adjust to the changes and totally got my vision. To us, he quickly became a friend. Coming off my wedding last night, I could not have been more happy with Jack and the team. The vision was executed flawlessly, the dance floor was full all night, and the biggest testament to our partnership with Jack is that I don't think a single guest had to request a song all night. Every song choice and transition was just everything. I also requested with my setup a live freestyle saxophonist, something that I think makes any and every song punchier and brings such a vibey energy. The crowd went wild, and all we've heard for the last 24 hours is that our wedding was the best people have ever been to. Brides, Grooms, Parents planning milestone events for your kids, RUNN - don't walk, to book LJDJs. Worth every penny, you will not regret it. I know I'll be a repeat customer without a moments hesitation.

Thank you LJDJS!!!…read more We booked LJDJS for multiple services (DJ, MC, Photography, Videography & Photo Booth) and we're glad we did! Jack was SUPER responsive and on top of everything. He always listened to me and was kind enough to listen to me vent (sorry - and thanks for not blocking me!). I can't explain how perfect my wedding day was. The music was just what we wanted. The guests had a blast and Jack kept everyone on the dance floor! The photo booth was sort of a last minute addition and we're so happy we decided to add it! The photo booth attendant was so kind and patient! The photographer and videographer were also very, very patient with me. I wanted specific pictures/videos and they made sure to do just that. The drone shot is insane. I'll look at the stunning pictures for the rest of my life and I can't wait to share those special memories with my family and friends. Leading up to the date I was slightly concerned about using services from people I never met. We arrived in NY on a Thursday picked up our marriage certificate on Friday and ended our weekend away with our wedding on Sunday. I can honestly say working with Alex and Joan made our weekend that much better. From the moment they arrived they took care of everything. My bouquet was everything I wanted. Since it was just the two of us Alex understood our desire to keep the ceremony short and sweet. Joan then took us on a tour of Central Park capturing the best pictures I could have imagined. He also regaled us with stories about the park and which movies/tv shows were filmed in different sections. Only our immediate family knew that we got married so I wanted to create an announcement right away. By the end of the day of our ceremony Joan had provided me with 15 sneak peek images to use for the announcement. About 2 weeks later we had the full gallery of images to choose from and create our Video slideshow. I took my time to select the right images for the video and song. I received the slideshow today and I am in awe of how perfect it is. I will cherish this video for years to come as watching it brought me back to the exact emotions I was feeling during the ceremony. Many thanks to Alex and Joan for everything you did to make our day fantastic.

Alexandra was very helpful during the rushed 3 week process. She was responsive and never let me hanging with any questions I had. He spotted us before we spotted him! Alas! He was shooting photographs of us the moment we entered our ceremony site! Very upbeat, professional, warm-hearted and just overall a great experience. What really struck us as amazing service was the way Joan worked around my husband's injury and still produced excellent photos. Even though my husband was in pain and not in a great mood which forced us to cut our session short, he did an awesome job working with us to make things right. Would not ask for anything more! Thanks again for everything, we have already shared our wonderful experience with everyone we know and would only want others to experience the amazing service we witnessed.
