Then I thought why not have a Boudoir Photo Shoot, I have never done one and I have friends who have done so and why not. I know Julia's work and I felt I could trust her craftmanship, creativity and artistry. Even though I felt it was such a crazy project at my age, It was the best bday present I could ever give myself. The album is of high quality and the images that Julia took were so gorgeous, her camera exquisitely captured and uncovered the beauty and personality of this woman so confident and stunning... I almost forgot that woman was ME!! Julia knew the poses and moves to give me, very professional, clear and comfortable. Best part is putting on different outfits to reflect different qualities of me. Highly recommend you will not regret the experience and the images.

Hi Nadia, thanks for your reply. I'd like to clarify:…read more My complaint was that you completely blew me off with no explaination after you had asked me some questions and I replied back. The conversation went dead with me wondering if you would ever get back to me, considering your replies were so consistently slow (with an apology each time). The point is, I could have moved on instead of waiting for your response. As someone who books projects, surely you can relate to that. This is the first time I'm hearing that you decided it was not one of the projects which you accept. You could have just sent an email to that effect. You didn't respond at all, after initiating a conversation. I personally find the "ghosting" unprofessional and I came here to say it. Here is what I said again: "Then if she doesn't want the work, she just goes silent. I'm still waiting for any response from over a month ago." Your (very very late) response here has proven my point. This was in April.

I thought that I would be helping a new photographer increase his business. Well he took the pictures in bright sun, didn't use the proper lenses, and I looked like I was 100 years old. He had no idea of where the light would be best and I couldn't use any of the pictures. It's said natural light is best but he didn't know how to adjust the light with the pictures. He charged $200 and it was indeed a waste of money. I wish him well but he should learn his craft.

You really have to see her pictures to believe how good she is. She got my toddler, who literally wont hold still for a minute, to look like a child model in the photos! :-) She helped me choose some beautiful local outdoor locations to shoot in, and they really added to the portraits. She was very easy to work with and I liked her online picture ordering system. I would use her again for sure. Of course you get what you pay for, so make sure you are aware of her prices before you start- this aint the Sears portrait studio ;-)
