Maintenance team was amazing and always provided quick service. Big fan of the dog park, and many waste baskets along the walking paths. Grateful to have been able to add on garages for each of us. They would plow during the snow and keep the pavements salted. Hallways at night would smell like trash and regulations for the trash valet were not strictly enforced. Hallway carpets were stained, but vacuumed regularly. The microwave and dishwasher both had to be replaced during our time, which they did quickly. Some additional move out fees for cleaning. All in all, we look back fondly and happily on our time at Satori Flats.

The maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the complex clean. I feel like they are always checking in to make sure that everything is running smoothly and kept in the absolute best of shape. Recently we had a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Jessica and Africa went above and beyond to make sure we were able to track it down. This hasn't been the only time they've helped as well. We absolutely could not have asked for a better apartment community to move to. The proximity to everything is fantastic and the trail around it has been awesome for a relaxing stroll or run. Our apartment is beautiful and more than enough space for the two of us and our cats. The other day, I was letting my dogs out at the dog park when a group of children opened up the gate, letting on my dogs out. Of course I had to chase them get them back inside the gate because the kids also had a little dog. Then I had an angry parent show up on my doorstep, screaming at me, not to yell at their kid. If people would watch their kids, there would be a lot less problems. There's maybe 40 kids under 20 that run around here, in the pool, and other amenities alone. I've also seen them leaning up against peoples cars. It's just disrespectful WATCH YOUR KIDS!

My wife and I lived here for a year and just recently left to move to the north side of town. We…read morerented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for around $799 (they were running a $50/month special at the time). I loved the floor plan as the the living room and dining area were side by side so it made for a huge living space. The bedrooms are adequate size and we had a decent amount of room left with our 3-piece furniture set. One thing I loved about this apartment: TONS of storage space. Both bedroom closets are walk-ins, there is a linen closet, a coat closet, and large patio storage. The only real complaint we had about the apartment was the dishwasher. It was caked with mineral deposits and we were told that is just how the water in Avon is. We attempted to clean it but didn't have any luck so we ended up just hand washing our dishes. The community was generally well-kept up during the summer and offers a weight room, pool, enclosed dog park, and car washing station (which I took a lot of advantage of). This last winter was a pain with all the snow we received. If it had snowed the night before, the sidewalks would not be cleared until about 10 or 10:30. They also contract out their snow removal services on the roads so don't expect them to be clear until well into the afternoon if not later. These issues aside, we never really had problems. The neighbors were all very respectful and never had any noise issues. I will note that, while not the apartment complexes fault, the USPS mail carriers that service the apartments are very incompetent. I can't tell you the number of times we had misplaced or lost packages due to the fault of the carrier. The community is very pet friendly with a lot of sidewalks to take your dog on a walk as well as numerous pet clean-up stations. The dog park is just a large fenced in grassy area, but it is fun to play in since it is so big (especially in the winter with a lot of snow). As the one other person mentioned, right behind the complex is a sewage treatment plant. On various days during the summer, the air definitely reeks. Ironically, the day I visited the apartments for the first time, you couldn't smell anything. I don't think it would have stopped us from living there, but it would have been nice to be informed about it. It never made the inside of our apartment smell though which was good. The area in Avon where the apartments are located is fantastic. There is a huge park just across the street with a large pond and a lot of walking/biking trails. If you have kids there is also a huge playground area. Just a couple minutes down the road is another park with a large playground area plus a lot of mountain biking trails. McDonalds and Kroger are right down the road as well. The staff was always very friendly to us in the office and the maintenance guys were all very great. They were super nice and fixed things in a very timely manner. I would just like to say that the reason my score tipped from 4 stars to 5 stars was because of the deposit. In the 4 different apartments I've lived in over the past several years, I've never gotten more than half of my deposit back. Each time we scrub everything down and make sure things are spotless when we move out. They always seem to find "something" wrong. Washington Quarters gave us back all $450 of our deposit. Suffice it to say I was amazed and very grateful. I would indeed live here again if the opportunity presented itself.

The pool was our favorite spot to be at during the summer. Management was great to work with. Maintenance was always on top of things and grounds were always looking great. Management always tried to engage with their tenants by having tenant appreciation days, craft days, Halloween parties, etc. We always had a great time meeting our neighbors at those events. I would recommend Canyon Club to anyone and we will actually miss living here. A huge shout out to Sabrina, Tierra, and George. You all made Canyon Club a great place to live in!

I recently moved into these apartments and this was by far the worst leasing experience I have had…read moreto date. Not only does the staff not have their shit together enough to get you going in a timely manner, but they also try to screw you during the process. Two of the three people I've had to deal with are shysters and they have the mental acuity of a brick wall. The other gal, Heather, is nice but probably can't be trusted either as I think the principles of lying and thieving are ingrained in them during their training. After making it clear, multiple times, that I only intended to sign a short-term lease, the gal still printed out a long-term lease contract and tried to get me to sign it. I originally gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a mistake. That was until it took her 5 times to get the lease document to contain accurate information. Every time she came back she had the lease dates or the financial amounts wrong. After her fourth attempt to get me to sign an inaccurate lease, she chuckled and said "you're good." She had clearly given up her charade of trying to hustle me. After that, she finally got the information correct. Make sure to carefully read your lease or they will try to hustle you into signing a lease completely different from that you discussed wanting. Also, don't bother trying to view an apartment before signing the lease. They refused to show me the actual apartment until I actually signed the lease. This included the morning of my scheduled move-in. If I had not needed an apartment so direly, I would have told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. After finally signing the lease and getting to view the apartment, I got an apartment that was poorly taken care of. The place stunk of cigarette smoke so bad that you could smell it down the hallway if the door was left open. There were also cigarette burns all over the carpet. This would have been fine had they just acknowledged that a smoker lived there prior to me. Not the case. She opened the door to the overpowering smell of smoke and said "Wow. It sure smells like carpet cleaner in here. I really don't like the smell of the cleaner they used." Really? The aroma was nothing near that of a carpet cleaner. To top that, she pretended to not know what the cigarette burns in the carpet were. Pretending that she didn't understand why "those stains" didn't come out when they cleaned the carpet. Well, Smarty Pants, maybe that's because they were caused by embers and not oils. The apartments themselves aren't terrible and it could actually be a decent place if the leasing staff had their shit together. I don't have any issues with the neighbors or the location but I take issue with people who can't do their jobs correctly. They offer an online rent payment system that they are suppose to set you up with the first day. I was told this information was included in my info packet. I, naively, believed her until I tried pay rent from halfway across the country my second month there. Turns out the gal didn't bother to actually give me this information so I was faced with a $65 late fee for being a day late. Yes, you get charged for their incompetence. When I tried to bring this up to another member of the leasing staff, she had the audacity to try to lecture me like I was a five year old. After dealing with her for a while, I finally got her to agree to waiving the fee but it was a process that took much longer than it needed to; especially since it was their fault I couldn't access the information like I was suppose to. If you do decide to sign a lease here, invest in purchasing a washer/dryer set. The apartments come with hook-ups for them. I say this because the on-site laundry facilities are laughable. For such a large apartment community, they only offer 4 sets of washers and dryers in their laundry room. Inevitably, at least one of these is always occupied with someone's stuff that they leave in the machine for hours after their cycle has finished. This means that the only time you can reliably access unused machines is during the middle of the day or in the middle of the night. The lack of machines shows their lack of preparation when constructing the property. I have heard good things from people living at other Flaherty & Collins properties; however, this place has been too much a headache for what it's worth. I would not recommend this place until there is an overhaul of the leasing staff. There is no reason this process should have been this sloppy and they definitely didn't make themselves look good by trying to constantly screw me during the lease-signing process. Thankfully, I signed a short-term lease to see if I liked the place before signing a long-term contract. After this mess, I'm glad that I won't have to put up with them for that long. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

If you aren't familiar with the area I would still recommend this location based off the variety of stores and restaurants just up the road. This complex offers a number of amenities including a pool, gym, indoor basketball court, and hot tub. You can even rent a garage for an extra monthly fee. I chose phase II for a two reasons; security and updated features. I love that we have key pads in order to enter the building. It was important to me to feel safe after living alone while my husband was stationed several states away. Now I do still love the updated features, but I sometimes ask myself if it's worth the cost. I am extremely unhappy with the carpet in my bedroom. I was told by my neighbors they removed all of the carpet before I moved in, besides the bedroom which is very obvious. It looks and feels awful and makes me regret living here. It is stiff to the ground and looks very dingy. Rather than pulling it up they only offered to clean it again which did absolutely nothing but inconvenience me, honestly. I feel with the amount I pay they could've placed new carpet or wood in my bedroom. I'm embarrassed for guests to even see it when they visit. I also highly recommended viewing your exact floor plan before applying for or signing your lease. Unfortunately I did not have this opportunity. I viewed a much more open layout with a bigger bedroom to be advised it wasn't available so I had to settle for something quite different. I live in the Hamilton which I regret tremendously. The long hallway and closed floor plan is not my cup of tea, but I have no choice but to stay here. My husband and I are considering moving to another (larger) apartment in the complex once we've fulfilled half of our lease. Maintenance so far has been outstanding, no complaints there. Sidewalks are almost always salted and work orders completed the same day. I can't speak for other employees but Lee always completes them promptly. He even installed my washer and dryer when I moved in. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful when I need them. We often have a resident appreciation week where we get free donuts, hot chocolate, etc. We even have a wine night which I've yet to attend, but plan to in the near future! Overall I would recommend Linden Square if you're looking for something in this area with a great community and helpful staff. It's definitely one of the nicest complexes in the area in my opinion. I also just recently found out we are getting a dog park! How cool! I hope this helps if you're considering Linden Square as your home.

I have experienced multiple issues and problems throughout my entire lease. Despite multiple…read moreattempts over my entire lease to reach the office by phone, email, and in person, I have not been able to get consistent communication or support. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone, even during emergent situations, which was extremely concerning. My car was broken into twice inside the secured garage, which is supposed to be accessible only to me and office staff. This incident made me feel very unsafe. When I attempted to report it, I received no response, and none of my calls or voicemails were returned and it seems nobody cares. I have also had multiple experiences where the maintenance technician entered my apartment with little to no notice. On one occasion, he entered after only one knock and just unlocked my door while I was not appropriately dressed, which was extremely distressing. I had specifically requested that he come later in the evening and to call before entering, which was not respected. I was misled about the apartment itself. During my tour, I was shown a unit advertised as approximately 1,000 square feet with a screened-in balcony. However, the unit I received was significantly smaller, and the balcony space does not match what was presented and was 700ish square feet. I wasn't even able to tour the apartment i was given before i signed and that should've been my 1st red flag. I am extremely disappointed with how these issues have been handled and the lack of communication and safety. For the amount i paid to live here you would think that the office people would care about their residents. Literally the only way to get a call through is to spam call them until they answer. Nobody is ever in the office and not one of my voicemails were ever answered. I called to ask about my last month's rent and no one got back to me and I had to call them 12 times before someone answered. Also, when I moved in, no one gave me the passcodes for the pool, gym or even the basketball court. All the doors to the office are always locked, and no one ever gave me the code to any of the amenities and throughout my entire stay, and I was never able to use any of my amenities that I paid money for. Overall I'm just very dissatisfied in this apartment and I would never recommend anyone ever live here.
