The sales man named Morgan was a pleasant guy to deal with and he tried to help.
But the first experience when you come into this place is the reception desk, and the person at the desk was much too involved chatting about holidays with her friend, and so as a customer we were ignored.
Customer service should be number one! They could have chatted about their lives later and stopped to assistant us for 30 seconds.
Once past the lousy reception desk our experience became much better.
I would rate Morgan the sales man himself 4 stars. But overall they get just 2 stars for a terrible first impression. read more
