I was in there today to meet Leon and say hi in person. From the cheerful and helpful lady at the front desk, on to the 3 I met, all were great. We had a good chat the owner and I. Then his awesome sales person Amanda showed me some trucks on the lot. She is a true joy to chat with, and super cool. So I am updating my review and changing my opinion. Yes my first experience was terrible. But they have redeemed themselves in my books. I'll be back to get some trucks from you Amanda! Cheers

Rarer still to have an auto-repair facility you can trust (and there certainly are a few in the city you should trust about as far as you can throw a M1 Abrams tank). They're always busy because of their exceptional work. From the minute you walk in the door and see how immaculately clean the shop is kept, it's patently obvious you are in good hands. The RCMP and many other government branches also get their vehicles repaired there, again, integrity, trustworthiness. Rick and the entire crew are genuinely exceptional at what they do and dedicated to maintaining the best service possible. Friendly, fair pricing, competent and timely repairs, with a free shuttle bus to take you home and pick you up again, a comfy waiting room with awesome coffee and magazines. Basically they will bend over backward to make sure you're happy, 100 % of the time, every time.

Just a heads-up, but do yourself a favor and find a better shop to deal with and save some money and some grief.
