Such an amazing nail salon!! I had my first pedicure and it was better than I imagined. Right away…read moreI was greeted and the people were so helpful. I came in on a Friday afternoon as a walk in and the salon only had one other customer. I had a deluxe package and it was $50. They trimmed the toenails, pulled away the cuticles and basic pedicure stuff. But the massage was the best! I was not expecting her to do it for 10 min. I work in healthcare and I'm always on my feet. This was very well deserved. They wrap your feet and calves with hot towels twice then rub lotion on your feet. Like I said, it was very nice & worth the price. My only concern was the usage of the tools. It looked like they use the same tools on each customer. Especially with the feet, some people have fungi and it made me feel uneasy. They clean the tubs right away when you're done which was nice to see. Most places have a plastic wrap over the tub and remove it with each customer. Can't wait to be back!

The way in which I was treated at Nails Pro in Moorhead, Mn was one of the most harrowing &…read moredegrading experiences I've ever had in my life. One that I wish I could just forget it ever happened yet a part of me wishes I would have had the self esteem to call the police. I was at the mall to go to the DMV which is where it's located, and after I completed my task there I thought I'd take a stroll and browse a little when I came across this nail solon. They didn't appear to be busy having only one customer so I asked if they had time for a walk-in and was told yes by the male worker, whom is also the owner. I told him I wanted acrylic nails but wasn't sure what color I wanted yet so I need a few minutes but he was very eager to start so I agreed to look at the swatches while he got started applying them. i could tell he was slightly irritated I couldn't make a quick decision about the polish because he started speaking to the other worker in their language using a tone that sounded like he was complaining or venting something he was angry about. The other customer and I looked at each other because we both could tell he was agitated. After he got the nails on i chose "ballet" for the shape and while he was filing them a woman came up to him who had an appointment he had previously scheduled with for that time. I really didn't pay much attention to their conversation because iit didn't occur to me at the time he had overbooked himself until after it all happened trying to figure out what made him become volatile towards me for asking if he could narrow the shape of my nails a little towards the tip like the picture he had displayed with the different nail shapes. He stood up and said he can't make my nails look like the picture because my hands are too big. I said i realize my hands are bigger but I still can have the shape of the nail the same and then he started saying he wasn't going to do them at all he is going to cut off my nails and I was to get out. He grabbed my right hand and pulled it towards him and snipped off as much as he could as I was trying to pull away then he violently grabbed my other hand attempting to hack off those as well and I sternly voiced he cannot grab me this way! He then started shouting as loud as possible "get out" over and over picked up my cell phone and was going to throw it at me but stopped himself I guess. I tried leaving as fast as humanly possible but he still kept yelling "get out of my shop" and "there's something wrong with you". I've never been treated so disrespectfully, I was literally in shock and felt humiliated, embarrassed, and hurt. I did say I was going to report him for forcefully pulling my arms & hands to cut his nails off my fingers but i just ran out of the mall and drove out of there then, unfortunately, I ended up having a flat tire I had to deal with which was truly a more pleasant problem to handle! Later that evening I sat down to research how to go about reporting this and Google suggested writing a review so I went to the Nails Pro website and deciddd to see what others have written and I can hardly believe what this man has gotten away with! There's at least a dozen one-star very upsetting reviews. Plz heed my warning and don't be his victim and refrain from supporting this man's business as he absolutely victimizes his customers he deems he can get away with bullying,
