Love the renovated Regal Bistro at The Falls! The entire theater is clean, modern and beautiful. The bar and lounge area is so nice with plenty tables, sofas and tv's. Each theater room varies in size but are all spacious and have recliners that almost lay flat. Some of the screen rooms are much colder than others so make sure to bring a jacket just in case. The staff is helpful and nice. The food and drinks are also pretty good, although the popcorn is the best. The cocktails are hit or miss but the Italian sodas are great and refreshing. Great spot for a date night, solo date or outing with friends and family. I will definitely keep coming back! read more

Love the new Regal Theater at The Falls! The facility is exceptionally clean, offers a great selection of food options, features a full bar, and delivers an amazing visual and sound experience. It's clear that Regal understands that going to the movies should be a premium experience something that offers more than just sitting at home and flipping on the TV. After years of not visiting this theater, despite it being so close to my home, I'm excited to return regularly and catch all the latest releases here. Highly recommended! read more

Check out the NEWLY refurbished Regal theater and bistro at gorgeously updated The Falls outdoor shopping mall! It's total FIRE-from the new comfy reclining chairs/couches and trays to the ordering from your seat and staff brings it right to you! Shout out to cool staff esp NAOMI! The food selections are pretty darn good, too! I just love having dinner and drinks plus dessert. I've tried a few good things from the menu like grilled chicken avocado salad (gobble-father) for around only $13, large soft pretzel, and tonight a yummy grilled chicken sandwich with a very nice thick ice creamy chocolate milkshake-BAM!! Hubby stands by the burger or hot chicken sandwich. So good! The movie experience is why we're here, and we pay a monthly fee to see anything in standard format, anytime. A Terrific deal! We love the Monday mystery movies in which you go and see something pre release, but you have NO IDEA which movie!! Surprisingly FUN! Tonight was "How to Make a Killing" and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Last month the mystery movie was pre-release of the new Dracula, also a total thumbs up! Only drawback, they do NOT accept our 50% off subscription to concessions here?! We pay the annual fee to get 50% off large refillable popcorn & large soda, but we can only get our 10% membership discount at this particular location. WHYYY??!?! C'mon don't nickel & dime me. So, Minus the one star for this confusing inconsistency! Ah, well...still a great time here. Check it out for yourself- It's truly a super posh experience! Thanks for following me-Happy 2026! read more

I really enjoyed watching a movie here!! They did not have huge drink options so suggest getting drinks before hand like at BJs like we did. Love that the chairs fold out so it's like you are almost seating. And the fact you can order for to watch at the same time. That's was pretty cool. Definitely would come again!! read more

I love how they revamped this movie theater! It used to be amc but now it's a regal! The chairs were super comfortable and reclinable! They have servers that come to your seats and take your order and the they bring it to you as well! Our server was spectacular! They have a bar too unfortunately it was still closed when we went but I cant wait to go back and check it out. The popcorn comes in one size which isn't bad for 10 bucks. I look forward to Coming back again read more

This movie theater was recently renovated to have a more elevated experience, hence the new name, Regal Bistro. The ticket prices are ok, about $20 each for a night time showing. The food prices are a little on the expensive end, but that's par for theaters with meal services. The best part of this theater is are the upgraded reclining seats. Having said all of that, the main lobby of the theater still smells like the old theater prior to the renovations. It smells dirty and old, not the most welcoming smell if you plan on eating while watching a movie. read more

Listen I love this movie theater. It's cozy but the best part is the service. You sit down and they come to take your order and bring everything before the movie starts. I've been back three times and left happy every single time. I love that the menu is curated to the movies including the drinks. Every time I went I was able to get the cocktail that matched the movie I was watching. The pizza has been my fave things off the menu. read more

Apparently this is the very first Regal Bistro in the country and I'm glad I came and gave it an opportunity. The seats are incredibly comfortable, better than AMC theater movie recliners. The headrest move separately to accommodate your head angle and it also reclines. We got to our seats and were greeted by our server Mary. She gave us the run down of the menu and everything. Downside to this place at the moment is that they don't have a full bar YET, BUT, it will be coming soon. I don't think I've enjoyed coming to the movies as much as I did that day. A+ for me. Despite having food and appetizers other than the normal movie essentials, the theater was very clean and the seats were too. Just make sure not to fall asleep because the seats are just that good! read more

Had such a lovely time at the newly renovated Regal Bistro at the Falls. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. When you walk in, there are kiosks to the right to buy tickets and then someone scans your ticket. You then enter the beautiful bar restaurant area before making your way to the theaters. We were greeted as we walked into the theater, they helped us find our seats and someone took our food/drink order right away. Menu options in the photos. The seats reclined and were very comfy. The theater and seats were clean. We were served quickly and the Cobb Salad wrap I had was absolutely delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Perfect spot for a date, solo date, or an outing with friends and family! read more

Very disappointed with the service at Regal Bistro at The Falls. When I sat down, there was something extremely sticky on my seat. I asked several different employees for something so I could clean it, and each person told me they would bring something over. Nobody did. After asking three different people, the third server finally brought me something, and I ended up having to clean the seat myself. What bothered me even more was the expectation of a tip despite the lack of basic service. I have no problem tipping for good service, but customers shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for help and then clean their own seating area. The whole experience felt inattentive and frustrating. Management really needs to work on cleanliness, communication between staff, and the level of service they provide if they expect customers to tip. read more

We went to see the new Avatar and we had a great time. Our server was really friendly. We only ordered some drinks and candy. The seats are really comfortable too. I'd definitely recommend this theater. read more

We recently visited the newly renovated Regal Bistro location at The Falls and had an excellent experience overall. We saw Marty Supreme, and from start to finish the theater delivered. The space feels fresh and clean, the seating is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is a noticeable upgrade. Service was friendly and efficient throughout our visit. A tip for future guests: arrive early. The expanded food and drink options are worth exploring, and giving yourself extra time makes the experience much more relaxed. We ordered a variety of items including milkshakes, cheese bites, burgers, and more. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. The only miss was the margherita pizza, which did not live up to the rest of the menu. Still, with so many solid options, it did not detract much from the experience. Overall, this newly renovated Regal is a great addition to The Falls. Clean facilities, strong service, and good food make it a place we would confidently recommend, and we will absolutely be back!!!!! read more

This is a nicely, renovated theater turned into bistro style. Some of the theaters are quite small and therefore the availability of seats may make it difficult if you don't buy tickets in advance. The food I have had has been pretty good. The burger was better than I expected. The sexy chick sandwich was delicious. The salad was fresh, but they were out of all the dressings that I like and this was early in the evening so that was disappointing. Service is actually excellent but I'm not sure that I like the ordering system for a few of reasons. The first is that you must use your phone to scan a QR code. This does not always work well and one time there was no QR code at my seat. Once you're ready to order sometimes the wait staff is immediately available but other times is difficult to flag them down and I actually missed the ordering window because the movie started on one occasion. Prices are movie theater high. In addition, they don't honor the discount that I have purchased, which is supposed to be good in all regal theaters for half-price, popcorn, and sodas for the whole year. Therefore, I am stuck paying the higher price with a small discount despite planning ahead and purchasing a discount. The website does not say this theater is excluded. It turns out there is a small print "terms and conditions" but if you buy the discount for the year at a theater, they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. This is the reason for the three stars instead of four. read more

I came here yesterday to watch Avatar and I was impressed with the remodeling. It's been years that I've been to this theater and was impressed with how clean and beautiful it looked. The reclining chairs are very comfortable and they offer a variety of food and drink items on their menu. This time I did not consume anything but enjoyed watching the movie. read more

I went to Regal Bistro last night to check out their new concept, and while the theater itself was a much-needed upgrade, the food was a huge letdown. First, the positives: the new seats are incredibly comfortable and the entire place looks refreshed and modern. Our waitress was amazing--super friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience better. Service was definitely the highlight of the night. We ordered two appetizers, two drinks, two entrées, and a dessert, totaling about $82. It's a bit pricey, but we did order a lot, so that part was understandable. Unfortunately, they were already sold out of red wine, so I had a white instead, and my boyfriend had a fruit punch. For appetizers, we had the pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks. They were average but decent for movie theater food, and at least they came out hot and fresh. For our main dishes, we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and bone-in buffalo wings. The wings were actually very good, though the ranch could definitely be improved. The pizza, however, was awful. The top was burnt, the dough was raw, and everything slid off when you tried to eat it. The BBQ flavor was overwhelming and just not good at all. They also didn't have some menu items available yet, like the hot honey sriracha, which we were really excited to try. For dessert, we ordered the lava cake and ended up throwing it away. The ice cream was melted and foamy, and the cake tasted like it had freezer burn. Overall, the space and service are great, and the revamp was definitely needed. But for a place calling itself a "bistro," the food quality really needs serious improvement, along with better consistency and menu availability. With better food, this place could be amazing--but right now, it's not there yet. read more

Well this theatre is currently under renovations but I have to say that the theatre we visited with the reclining seats was very comfortable and the movie and audio in the theatre was excellent. One of the worst movie theaters I've been to. Super dirty, outdated, small movie screen, uncomfortable chairs. Lots of teenagers hanging out and being loud, lots of patrons talking, on their phones during the movie. An absolute shame because the location is so convenient. But we will not be going here again. The movie could be free and I would still rather pay $30 per person to go somewhere else. read more

Great recreation of the Falls movie theater. Now, they serve food and the seating is much more comfortable (i.e. recliners)!

I wish I knew his name but the main Issues in this photo right here where he took his name tag right away cause he is wrong why would you take it off if you know you're right , right????!!!! He wouldn't take our order when we're sitting down at the lobby waiting for our movie that starts at 3:45 and we were there at 1 and got our tickets and we should've went inside to the movie that was already on so than this white that's a manager i would never dealt with but once we choose to wait we walking around the falls and we came back and wanted to wait inside it was getting hot I have seizures so I said let's go inside it's getting very hot , the falls is a out door mall so you can get hot easily and we did into the the regal lobby and there's the scan on the tables to place an order but it doesn't go to the damn part where says place an order it only shows the menu which is so stupid so I kept getting up to ask how do I place an order and they said you do on the app. and we tried it didn't work and than again I said we don't have a card to be able to do it cause some of us don't my mom doesn't and her nurse has it but some of us don't and we can't use her nurses card if she won't let us either and I said can you guys come to us when I was sitting down waving at them and they were only looking at me standing there and than walked off to do a drink order of the people inside the movie theater, that's fine they could say anything wait a moment we're taking orders we will be with you soon instead of just standing there looking at me and when I walked up they were still saying it's on the website and I said I don't know how and than I wanted to talk to this damn crap in this photo that didn't help at all . He said I gotta leave cause I did say fuck so you guys can't walk over to us and take our order ??? And he just didn't like I said fuck so we had to leave but I was already walking back and fourth 5 times to the bar and than to the table and you can see in the farther picture I took he has the name tag on and he took it off right away when I said what's your name . The first time I went was good since I ordered the tickets online and we went at the right time and got food in the theater even though it was taking awhile it was nicer in the theater but this place is not worth going to since you gotta wait so long to be served , why have so many theaters with only 6 employees standing around when I was talking to him so they can listen to what I was saying . I couldn't believe how they can't just come over to us . They wanted me to me an employee and walk back and fourth to the table and get my family's order and walk back to the bar and would wanted me to walk back again to the table I'm sure with the food . ‍‍ smh like what kind of service is that when they put on signs we will serve you . Like look at the way he's standing he knows he's wrong read more

Nice average cinema in a very beautiful open-air mall. The location of the theatre is right smack in the middle which is great because you can go window shopping whilst waiting for your movie. There is a Starbucks right next to it as well as a Haagen-Dax's ice cream shop and a pizzeria. The theatre was clean but the bathrooms were awful. The concession counter staff moved quickly, but were not very personable. read more

Friendly and attentive servers, the wishes buttered popcorn! Super comfy reclining seats.

Honestly, the screens are small, and the walking path is usually on the middle, so you're never really having the very best cinematic experience, HOWEVER, the location is convenient, you have many dining options around, the image quality is excellent, very good sound, all the latest movies (well, it's a Regal, of course it would have them), and, the best of all: there's never so many people at the theatres as to make your viewing experience miserable, but always enough as to keep it "a cinema-going experience". As usual with any theatre, I recommend eating before or after, because the concessions stand will cost you more than the movie itself and all you'll accomplish is missing the dialog because of your own chewing noise (you'll need to eat after anyway). By the way: you now have to acquire the tickets AT the concession stand, which makes for an awful experience that may save them one salary, and put you in line with a lot of more people than before, but won't necessarily make you buy more of the stuff you weren't going to buy anyway. On the other hand, the Regal crown club perks apply here as with any regal, and they can go from a tiny discount to a free ticket, so there's that. read more

I have been coming to the Regal Cinema in the Falls shopping mall for decades. Yesterday I took the day off and decided to go see the newest Jurassic Park film. Let say this is still one of my Togo theaters in Miami, but I see there is plenty of room for improvement. First the positives, the sound systems and the picture quality are great. The seating are somewhat comfortable but I feel the exterior is still stuck in the 1980s. In their defense I see signs that they are planning to extend and remodel but I think Covid has delayed their plans. read more

Please don't go here especially on a night like tonight! At the request of the app, we arrived early only to have to stand in a 45 minute line while watching the refreshment clerk walk slowly preparing the customers items. I get it, you probably didn't want to go to work that night, but the line should have been an adrenaline rush for you to get things moving. By the time we got to the counter, our movie had already started. There was a family before us that was going to see the same movie at the same time and they requested a refund or some sort of reprieve from all of the MESS that was taking place at that particular time. We watched as two manager types came to the rescue to help with orders made online and to start a new register. Another issue is there are so many issues that causes people to come to the concession stand for help and they "have to" see what's going on and some of the issues were so small there was no need to move the guy. The holiday season means there will be more movies that people want to see and the need for a bigger staff to suit that need. The movie theater is already falling apart why not make the customer experience a top priority. GET IT TOGETHER REGAL! read more

The selection of movies is always good. Im somehow disappointed, because even though there were not many customers, the restrooms were terribly dirty; water and toilet paper all over the floors. I haven't been to this movie theater in a very long time. But decided to watch the new Morbius movie here last night at 7:30. Before the movie we wanted to grab snacks and everything that we wanted on the menu was not available. Then, we found our seats and I wanted to use the bathroom before the movie. I have never experienced a more disgusting bathroom in my life, blood and toilet paper everywhere. Seems both Regal and UA have forgotten they are in the customer service business, like so many other businesses. Having just turned 59, I wanted to as a HUMAN BEING what the age requirements were for senior tickets. SO, after navigating an INFURIATING SERIES of automated attendants which Regal set up, apparently with GREAT concern about wasting the precious time of one of their underpaid employee's, but no concern whatsoever about wasting their customer's time, I was transferred to what was SUPPOSEDLY the number for the local FALLS UA. Only to have the phone ring 5 times and hang up. And you guys want almost 15 for a GD movie ticket? Well FT. I'll continue to wait a few weeks and watch the movies in 4K on my 65" home screen at my convenience and without putting a DIME in the pockets of theses ungrateful merchants who have forgotten who butters their bread and can't be bothered to pick up a GD phone. Then you whine about the internet and piracy? The ONLY value you add is customer service. If you can't do that, you might as well close your doors. read more

Just your average run of the mill movie theater. Generally clean, run by youngsters, shows movies. The seats (at least in the theater I was in) reclined, which was nice, but the armrests don't go up... bummer. The food is the same as every movie theater you have gone to your whole life, so no surprises. Movies are expensive here, too... it is what it is. The only special thing about this theater is that it's in The Falls, which is really lovely at night... all lit up and people out and about.
