Amy uses this awesome blue-green wax that does an excellent job and is really easy on the skin. She's pleasant to talk to, fast, and she makes it as painless as possible. It's hard to find a decent wax in rural upstate New York, so it's definitely worth the trip, and she has great prices on her repeat waxes. Don't pass this up.

I booked an appointment with Amy and was blown away by the quality of her services. I now go twice a month for massage and I have never felt better. I also have gotten a facial and it was wonderful. I am disabled and it was very hard to use, I finally spoke up about it, saying i had an observation and suggestion. I always speak up for disabled when I can, now that I'm there. She never apologized to me. Instead, she avoided me so apologized or spoke to me again. She ran and hid behind Kari, for real, last time i was there. I got kicked out for good by Kari by TEXT, who protected her, allowing her adult co-owner ro RUN and hide behind her. After 13 years as a client. Bizarre and unnecessary, mean girl behavior both.
