I rejected the proposal. All good going with a different company. The owner then asked for feedback so I mentioned I didn't love the process nor the quote. The owner began texting me and fighting with me about his company's processing being better and that he found it laughable that I respond to a text that he asked for feedback....just sharing my experience. read more

Refresh Painting painted the whole interior of our house including all ceilings along with removal of some wallpaper. In the beginning, Alex was professional and very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing when he gave us our quote and contract. His crew took 5 days and didn't seem to know how to remove the wallpaper. It was a slow process with no supervision at all from Alex. He assured us that he would come back for any punch out work once the paint dried if we would go ahead pay the balance, which we did. After (3) NO-SHOW scheduled appointments, all through the office receptionist, because Alex would not take our phone calls or call us back, we told him we were tired of this nonsense and not to come back. We now have to hire a professional to come sand and repaint our walls. This is no way to run a business. Not returning phone calls and your office scheduling appointments and then not showing up is the worst! Highly unrecommended! read more

I took off work to make sure I met Hugo at the given time which was a Monday morning at 11:30. 9 minutes before his arrival he texted and said can I reschedule for next week?? Unfortunately I told him NO that that wouldn't work as I had openings where windows were removed and I didn't want the rain to come in. He then responded ok can I come later after 2:00?? Anxious and needing it done quickly I said yes that works. Went back to work and came back close to 2:00 and this time I didn't even get a text or any communication as to why he was a no show??? I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company that values there customers time and money.
