I took off work to make sure I met Hugo at the given time which was a Monday morning at 11:30. 9 minutes before his arrival he texted and said can I reschedule for next week?? Unfortunately I told him NO that that wouldn't work as I had openings where windows were removed and I didn't want the rain to come in. He then responded ok can I come later after 2:00?? Anxious and needing it done quickly I said yes that works. Went back to work and came back close to 2:00 and this time I didn't even get a text or any communication as to why he was a no show??? I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company that values there customers time and money.

Again I selected and bought all the materials, and paid $3000 for labor.....at least a $3000 saving under other bidder. This job took 9 work days for 2-3 workers everyday but they removed all tlle, gutted the shower, removed appliances including vanity, and retiled from scratch and did a beaurtiful job with some bonus touches such as framing the mirror and installing plastic baseboards. Quality of tile work was much superior to prior surfaces, however the master tile guy spoke minimal english and sometimes made decisions on his own without asking...also rigid about what materials he used. However Carlos acted as buffer and we ended up with a fine product...and Carlos was proud of the results.

They have painted together for 26 years. And they made painting look ever so easy! I asked for a quote for my two story home as well as a quote for just the bottom floor-- both interiors. (No exterior work.) I later decided that I'd hire this couple to paint just the main floor because I can pretty easily paint the top floor myself... & I always like saving money. They came out & asked me questions, checked the square footage of the area I wanted painted, & took notes, etc. Within two days, I was provided with two written quotes (emailed to me). The work was scheduled, & they competed the job as promised over a 2.5 day period. (I didn't need to be home while they worked.) They not only completed the painting, they did a phenomenal job! I honestly cannot find one mistake on any wall or baseboard, & the tiny flaws on a few pieces of trim I easily corrected myself (although they would have quickly driven over to do it-- they texted immediately to see if I was happy w/ the end results.) Just incredible painting! They even painted my tall stairwell beautifully & hung a new (old) mid-century painting for me high on the wall -- see pic. Then they gratiously returned all my furniture to its original locations. This couple uses Sherwin Williams paint. They bring all their supplies & clean up their wares nightly. My home looked cleaner after they left...lol. I can't express how impressed I am with their preparation, painting, professionalism & work ethic! Not one speck of paint on my floors! Soooo impressed! I put down a deposit of 25% via personal check, & paid the balance via debit card (over the phone) after the work was completed. Because they quoted a price, but erred when providing the estimate; they neglected to ask me the paint color I wanted for the baseboards, trim, & doors. Because I didn't select basic white, a second coat would be needed, which meant I needed to pay an additional $210-- that I had originally not been quoted. To be fair, they should have split the difference w/ me, but I can't fault them for wanting compensation for the extra paint & time. And I am very satisfied with the end results. Would DEFINITELY use this couple again! Have never seen better painting-- almost flawless! And their price was less than a popular competitor's estimate.

Our air conditioning drain line leaked through the ceiling of the floor below and down the wall of the stairwell. We had to cut out several parts of the ceiling/wall and peel paint off of a lot of the wall because it was bubbling. I contacted Ace Custom Drywall and got a response immediately from Bridget, who looked at the pictures, gave me a price and was able to get us on the schedule for the following day. What blew me away from the start was the communication. She told me that they should arrive around 10am and would be in touch with an ETA in the morning. As promised, I received a text at 9:50am with an ETA of 10:05. At 10:05 they were here. Mike and Bridget are so friendly and the work they do is beyond meticulous. They put plastic sheeting up on the walls and floor before they started working and cleaned up before they left. The walls and ceilings were repaired perfectly and the texture was blended to the rest of the wall seamlessly. We will definitely be calling them again for more projects and will be recommending them to all of our friends.

I found Alex on Facebook out of the blue, and I'm so glad I did. He came to the house, gave me a quote I couldn't refuse, and delivered exactly what he promised. His crew showed up on time every single day, just like they said they would. They worked incredibly well together and went out of their way to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The job was expected to take four days, but they finished the whole house in just two.
