My impression was that they were trying to "milk" my insurance provider for everything they could get. I canceled a further follow-up appointment. They then sent me a registered letter that was somewhat threatening that I was endangering my health by not allowing them to treat me. I did send them a response letter in which I agreed to one additional visit so that they could review what had been done. I specified how I wished to be contacted but, after several weeks, they have not responded.

The first picture was in September of last year. The second and third pictures were taken today, 7 months later, after two laser "treatments". She never called in the doctor for consultation, and she didn't know what hydroquinone was (huge red flag for those who are experiencing melasma).
