I haven't had a massage in almost three years. My neck and shoulders felt like iron rods were running through them. She was gentle yet firm with getting the kinks out. There was a little pain but I expected that. As does everyone else right now I had a runny nose. Brought tissues without me asking. The only thing lacking was maybe aromatherapy. Head and face massage was amazing. Bring a hat because your hair will be a mess going to go monthly. Once again, ask for Tina

This place is a scam. The masseuse didn't even speak English. He had no idea what he was doing and…read morehe never spoke. To him it seems a full body massage means just rubbing down one's back over and over and over. I finally told him to STOP and GET OUT. I had to shoo him out the door to get him to understand. By far the worst massage I've ever had. The receptionist tried to enter the room before I was dressed. She didn't even knock. The manager spoke English but I don't think she understood what my complains were. BE WARNED.

I want to start by giving Melanie a 5-star nod at the beginning of the review. She did a great job…read more We did not do much chatter because I just didn't feel in a talkative mood and she read that and also limited her verbal interaction. Well done. I'm new to massages in this area, but not new to having them. I used Yelp to find this location. It's tucked on the side of of a small, older business park but easy to find. The ambiance is tired but appears clean and functional. The three stars is for the ambiance and brought down by the thin walls and lack of apparent situational awareness by other employees. Partway into my 60 min relaxing messaging a conversation started somewhere in the area that was so muffled none of the words were apparent but loud enough to know it was two people talking and laughing. Extremely distracting from the quiet and calm I've always experienced in other spa locations. No, I didn't say anything to Melanie because it seems if it was uncommon she would have made a comment and at least apologized. The fact she didn't makes me think perhaps she is used to it. It's enough to keep me from coming back.

They also asked if I wanted to purchase some coconut oil or some special oil and that would be $10 more. I was to pay ahead of time. Seems odd to pay for a service that I didn't get yet. I was escorted to a clean room with no instructions. There was a printed sign on the wall that people who acted inappropriate could be discharged at any moment. I like that. I laid face down and a woman worked on me named "Judy". She did not speak very good English. She did not ask if there were trouble spots that she should work on. But from that moment on, I was very satisfied. She worked very hard, was very thorough, using all of her strength to deliver an excellent massage. At one moment, she disappeared from the room and I wondered if I was done. Three minutes later she came back with hot stones and finished up my massage. When I left, I wanted to tip her. They let me use my former credit card slip to leave a tip on. I will certainly be coming back. She did an amazing job.

I've not had a bad experience, just not anything that made me feel exceptional. I booked my first with Jillian at Kenai on a whim and very glad I did. She was awesome. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager Patrick and the receptionist Susie. Our massages were wonderful; I asked my therapist to focus on my back since I'd been having some pain, and she did just that. The massage was very relaxing and just what I needed the day after a long drive. Afterwards, we were offered a nice variety of drinks from water, tea, peach Bellini and champagne. We sipped our drinks in the guest lounge to decompress before checking out of the room. Upon checking out, I left a gratuity for both massage therapists and Susie gave us recommendations for places to eat in Chattanooga. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would visit again.

Our reservations were confirmed the day prior and I was offered a complimentary eye treatment. Yes :) please and thank you :) On the day of our visit, everything went pretty smoothly. We were offered a nice variety of drinks from water, tea, peach Bellini and champagne. I do wish the spa was a little bigger to allow more lounge time to truly soak in the spa experience. Also, a locker room or changing room different from the actual treatment rooms would have been nice. Everyone was very pleasant and the treatments were nice. Julianna was great during my massage very relaxing. Brandi did my facial. The best part of the facial was the facial massage. It was ridiculously relaxing. My biggest concern is that I scheduled two 80 minute services. I arrived at 10am and was done with both services by 1210. I feel like both services were cut a little short and I am used to having a more full experience when visiting a spa. I would have said something prior to leaving, but did not realize the time until I was back to my room. Not sure if I would visit again due to the timing issue, but I did enjoy what I received.
