When I went to pay, I spent about 2 minutes standing at the cash register before either employee came over to help me with my transaction. Furthermore, this was on their sale day. I was told the first 50 people would get a swag bag with $50+ purchase. By the time I got there I don't think 50 people had been through the store, in fact, it was dead in there. I spent well over $50 and got nothing, when the girl before me only bought a deodorant and got a t-shirt. I would suggest prioritizing customer service and treating repeat customers with a higher level of service.

Not sure if the rude driver I encountered yesterday is from this branch of Pure Pharmacy, but since…read morehe nearly ran me down barreling thru an intersection in Kitts, it really doesn't matter, as he was driving one of their cars. This guy must have been using some of their drugs! After he passed me by, he circled back around to threaten me with both his words and actions. Luckily a retired policeman witnessed this driver's behavior and intervened on my behalf. After the Pure Pharmacy driver finished venting on me and drove off, the bystander/retired policeman approached me and gave me his info in case I wanted to go to the police. He felt that what he saw was an assault by the Pure Pharmacy driver on me and should be reported. I have not made a decision, but I will never do business with ANY Pure Pharmacy ever if this man represents their hiring standards. He took road rage to a whole new standard. Note to Pure Pharmacy, these drivers represent you out there and lost this customer forever.

A lot of the options offered can't be found at your normal drug store like Shoppers or London drugs because many of things offered here are digestion & detox, men & women's health supports, immune support, stress, sleep and mood, but all of the items are made with homeopathic remedies and herbal preparations. The pharmacy manager at this location Milosz Makarewicz helped me pick out the best remedies for myself and my family, I would strongly recommend this Pharmacy to everyone, especially because the service was great and really exceeded my expectations; hence why I have rated them with 5 stars. PS. The prices can range from cheap to expensive depending on the product, but I honestly think its worth it; after all your health always comes first!!!

On another note, my previous visit to this location I ended up buying quite a few items. They had a store wide sale a few days later, so I contacted the manager and he credited my account with the difference in price (what I paid vs. sale price).
