From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming and safe--like a place where healing is truly possible. The treatment itself was so hands-on and informative. My practitioner didn't just treat symptoms--they really took the time to explain everything, listen deeply, and guide me through the process. I left feeling lighter, clearer... even emotional. I actually cried, not from pain, but from the release. It was powerful. This isn't just a spa--it's a sanctuary. I can't wait to go back and continue this journey. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit.

The only thing that keeps me from awarding five stars is the need to go up and down stairs to the treatment rooms. As someone with osteoporosis stairs can be a challenge and took some of the relaxation out of my experience. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Vela.

He seemed to want to rush me out the door, and after a second visit I decided to never go back. They were also well aware that this Doctor is known, and not admired. I strongly recommend using someone else.

Her products, which she develops and cooks up herself, are all organically and sustainably sourced, and she takes care with her packaging to ensure that everything is recyclable. Her entire business ethic is very conscious - that matters to me. My only issue is that her products are fragranced. Not overwhelmingly, but I've developed a sensitivity to fragrances; nothing in my house has a fragrance and I can only use skin care products that are fragrance-free. I know it's harder to develop unfragranced products, but as soon as she does, I'll be back. I really like the way my skin felt when I when I used them, but couldn't stand the weeping and sniffing.
