Upon calling Michelle, I was able to make a next day appointment. Her studio is located in a Southern ladies Beauty Parlor, reminiscent of Steel Magnolias. Michelle greeted me right away and got started. She listened intently at what I needed and i have never walked out of a massage feeling as great as I did at this appointment. Michelle focused on my neck and shoulders and she alleviated my knots. We chatted the entire time and I look forward to many more visits with her. In addition to her close location, flexibility and overall great service, she accepts several forms of contactless payment which helps save a trip to the ATM or even carrying your purse.

Amanda does not like to do hands on massage for the duration of the massage even though she is very good at it. She wants to do cupping even if the client does not want it. She will take more minutes away from actual massage by doing a sound bath even if the client does not want it. The same with too much aggressive stretching. If I come in for a massage, that's what I want. I want my muscles massaged. If you are into sound baths, cupping and stretching during your massage session and want less actual massage, then Amanda is good for that.

Also cupping the was used and wanted to up charge me at checkout when that wasn't explained to me that their was an up charge for that service. I explained to desk person when she asked how everything went and I told her I was cut short 15 min. She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. Won't be back
