Not when it is Tammy holding the camera. She can make you smile, laugh out loud, and lay aside your inhibitions. She brings out the best. Who can capture a frisky ferret or the reflection in a cats eye? Tammy can. Most photographers try to pose you, control you, make you something that they want you to be, they flaunt their images and talk about what "they have captured". She brings the camera to the subject, and let's the subject be the star - in all of it's honest, beautiful, and individual one-of-a-kind glory. She has forever immortalized my loved ones - furry and fabulous. They are not simply images - but images that show every quirky, personality filled detail that make them unique and special. She has taken the visions in my minds eye and translated them into a format everyone can see and understand. Photography, web design, marketing, branding, print design All of this with a heart of gold.

She does events and photographs our dogs for our annual calendar, and does some really creative graphic design. I knew of Tammy, but actually had the pleasure of meeting her last month when she photographed my 10 month old foster for the 2011 calendar, a mastiff mix who was not accustomed to sitting still or listening to commands. Tammy is so gentle and patient, and has a wonderful repoire. The pictures are beautiful and I ask myself how did she get him to pose like that? Tammy put me to ease during the session as well. Absolutely beautiful work! The lighting and texture are glorious. Sue Carter, Arlington MA
