Arrangements that we had made to move our old couch fell apart yesterday, leaving us in a bind. I contacted Jeff, and even though he was booked today, he committed to fitting us in, which he did. He arrived with his son timely as promised and moved the couch, without which we would have been in a great deal of difficulty.
