My newly installed services are working just as my old xfinity services did. Meaning, the service…read moreis mediocre. I was expecting this to blow me away, alas the internet has its quirky ins and outs just as my old services. I expected this much after the technician explained to me that i would in-fact (NOT) be allowed the fiber optic lines promised to me by two sales representatives who had spoken to me prior to this sevice installation. I would have told him to pack up and i' just continue with xfinity, but the direct tv technician come first and had already installed the dish. I am not angry, but I am VERY disappointed in the fact that I had been told by one, a sales rep who came to my house a few months ago telling me that I had fiber in my neighborhood. Then, two was the sales rep I contacted and I had asked to verify the internet configuration of my town and he also told me that there was fiber at my location. It was the one and only reason as to why I had agreed to install AT%T at my home. I did not care for direct tv, but I do like saving with bundles. It was a no-brainer. However, when the technician came to me after the dish was installed and told me "they might have it within the next year", I was immediately disheartened. I cannot explain to you the annoyance of having this new service put in and all these holes in my house, plus this gear and wire all over my house, just for my services to not include up-to-date technology. I still have the same buffer times on videos as before. My video game experiences are still frustrating as my connection will drop me completely from social gaming at times. I dont know what my next step is. Is there a way i would be able to get an ETA on when it will be installed in my zip code 32244? I just hate that i wasted my time and made so many adjustments only to be let down. Your sales department needs more training as to not tell customers about products with little knowledge of your companies' current local infastructure. They could at the very least be equiped with an electronic and near real-time map of the homes that have updated hardware or services.

absolutely regret leaving my last phone carrier, was told i would pay $115 first bill because of…read more$35 activation fee. called to add my wife's line and was told that my actual first payment would be $170 and then $110 a month after that, and that's for just one phone. i literally i told the lady no, thank you. you can be on the lookout for the phone in the mail. because i'm mailing it back and going back to boost!!!!! i was with boost for years, and anything they said they stuck to.

A Comparison of Two Computer Services…read more I went in to Megabite today with an older HP computer that needed a new ethernet card. The tech in that store, Deryck Burnett, was exceptionally rude and condescending. It was made clear he did not have the part I needed, and he had no intention of ordering or installing it. I was told I overpaid for my computer- that it obviously isn't worth much. I tried to tell him it had simple duty as a basic tool for my 84 yo mother. He interrupted and said his mother is 80, "so that's not an excuse." He then found the part on Amazon and in a condescending manner, asked if I knew how to order things on my phone. I left with a piece of paper with the part I needed scribbled on it. The second tech in the store seemed to be willing to be helpful, but he wasn't encouraged to come forward. From there, I went to GoPC. I was greeted with smiles. I was informed that because they are down to one tech, Raymond, they were only accepting business accounts right now, but, "Let's see what we can do to help you." While the tech was working, I shared my experience with Megabite just minutes before. They did not seem surprised, just an exchange of glances between them. Within 15 minutes, my computer had its new Ethernet card and I was out the door. I will never forget either business. Thank you so much, GoPC, for stepping up during your lunch time in the middle of a very busy day. I really appreciate your humanity, pleasant attitudes, and help! I tried to send this review to their Facebook page; Reviews and Posts, but neither "took." I don't know if my phone has a glitch, or if Megabite turned off those options.

I had issues with my Apple ID due to having two different ones. After many attempts of trying to…read moremerge the two together, I completely messed up my Mac Pro, iPad, iPhone and iWatch syncing with each other. I spent 1 1/2 hours with Wesley and he got all my devices talking to each other. In the future I will not try and troubleshoot any issues with my devices and go straight to him. They charge nothing compared to what I paid in California. Their new location is easy to get to, ample parking, and Dollar Tree right next door! Win-win.
