Never signed nor was shown any cancellation policy. My mother n law recently passed with Covid so rather not expose the crew to it but it seems they would rather get exposed and then pass to next group after us rather than return a phone call and cancel our trip . Only problem is Tropical Storm/Hurricane Elsa was looming on the horizon as our vacation began. We stopped in to visit the day before and, as with any fishing charter, knew we would have to wait to see what the weather was doing the next day. Next day, POURING rain. We got up, drove to the boat, parlayed with Captain Sean and agreed that cancelling was the SAFEST thing to do that day.
