My mom had been wanting to got to Hawaii for a while now and we finally made it happen. Lacretia put us a package together that kept us busy and allowed us to see the island of Honolulu in its entirety. Although the flight was not a non-stop flight, it was perfect for my mom (can't sit for long periods of time). Our layover was super simple and not long at all. By the time we landed in L.A. and arrived at our connecting flight, we had enough time to get lunch and stretch our legs and it was time to fly on to Honolulu. The hotel was immaculate, super fancy and in walking distance to everything (restaurants, shopping, beach, etc.). There was constant communications from the company that she set our excursions with, which I thought was exceptional. We always have a great vacation when dealing with Lacretia and her team!!! We are in the process now of planning our next trip (Mama's request, again) to Dubai and we wouldn't think of using anyone else but Personal Touch Tours!!! (and no, I am not related to any of them).

She gave me so many great recommendations about the different cruise lines and destinations. My travel agent handled everything for me! From payments, making sure we had the best rooms, she even booked our plane tickets as well. All we had to do (Literally) was just show up! And she did all of that while making sure we had the best rates possible. This has been by far the easiest vacation I've ever booked. My family and I didn't have to worry about anything. She recommended a wonderful hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida (which had never even been on our radar). We have never been on a cruise before, and Dee walked us through the entire process. From booking until we made it back home. DBD assisted with setting up a great payment plan, and for a family of six could have been difficult, but she made it manageable and greatly appreciated. Dee went over what to expect, provided recommendations of places to go, and things to do. With her help it allowed us to enjoy more of the trip without the stress of planning. The one thing we appreciated most from DBD was having the comfort of knowing we could call with anything we may have needed or any last minute changes. With her handling every detail allowed us to enjoy the beautiful ship, Islands, and the excursions. DBD took care of not only our flights, hotel, and cruise but an experience. Worst travel agent ever! She booked our trip to Italy and it was horrendous! She booked us on a…read moretrain from Genoa to Florence via Malon which is ridiculous, look at the map. She booked us a car service from the train station in Rome when our hotel was two minute walk away. She booked us on a one hour connection through Amsterdam which is absolutely impossible to make. She had us on an 8 AM train while we were on vacation! To get us there by noon when the hotel would not be ready. The hotels were barely adequate, and we had to have her change one because it was on the complete opposite of side of town that we wanted to be on and had told her previously. I would never ever ever use her again or recommend her to anyone.
