In one day, they packed up the truck in NC and delivered it to VA the next day without any breakage or loss. They even loaded my refrigerator on the back door of the truck so it could be plugged in over night for the next day's delivery with no loss of frozen food. All the crew members were respectful of our properties. PS: I do recommend a big jar of Halloween candy. It seems they each have a sweet tooth.

Terrible movers. I believed the prior posts on yelp and hired them…read more The crew showed up a little late. They immediately started arguing with each other. The arguments got so heated one of the workers left the site. They dropped furniture, damaged walls and trim work in the house where they were packing up and damaged trim work in the house that they were delivering the furniture. Hellen (the owner I think) tried to maintain peace but had no impact. The arguments between the crew never stopped and slowed down the whole move requiring two days to move. Without asking the moving crew went into refridgerators and pantries to get food. Used the microwave to warm up food without asking. Made themselves comfortable in the kitchen to eat lunch and never cleaned up. Smoked on the back porch and left ashes everywhere. Used every single bathroom in the house and broke a toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. Several pieces of furniture were scraped up because of poor inexperienced handling (ussually by one person when two were necessary to move it). They scraped furniture over floors rather then picking them up causing damage to floors. They forced large upolstered furniture through door opennings rather than picking them up and angling them through the door. They used furniture pads that were old and dusty. They still have one piece of furniture that they are trying to repair. I have used movers over 15 times up and down the east coast and by far Byers is the worst movers I have ever encountered. I would not recommend using them for your move.

This apartment complex is a shit hole and it needs to be burned to the fucking ground…read more They don't tell you about all the issues that the building has, they don't tell you about the roaches and bugs that are living inside of the building. They don't tell you about the holes they covered up or how they don't change out the carpet before you move in. I have an air filtration system that I bought in my home to keep the dust out because no matter what the dust will come, the filtration system that they have built inside of the apartment sucks. You are literally breathing in dust and horrible air. Everything about Foxcroft is horrible. They do not clean their pool on the regular basis, the people in the front office don't care about your issues at all. Maintenance does the best that they can in these shitty ass apartments. They are skilled to repair stuff however I don't think they have the correct equipment to fully fix the issue therefore the problem just grows. They recently raise the rent up and I don't know why because the roaches are getting more and more out of hand as the time goes by. You asked them for an exterminator and it literally takes them months just to schedule somebody and send them out. i'm sick of this place every time I come into my kitchen I see a bug every time I open my eyes in the morning I can expect that something is watching me waiting for me to kill it. Save your time and your money do not move here. It's the same in every building.
