The fish they have here is salmon and tuna, mostly in rolls, nigiri, and they have a chirashi bowl and a bowl with white rice and marinated salmon chunks. The selection of sushi boxes is not very big, and they are quite pricey at ~15€ per item. It seems like you can buy similar sushi boxes at Casino supermarket. We had the bowl with white rice, avocado, and marinated cubes of salmon which was fine but nothing special. I've had similar sushi/fish at grocery stores without paying ~15-16€. The salmon was marinated in a soy sauce mixture and it was good and not salty. The sugar was also good sushi rice and a bit sweet - I'm sure they put mirin and sugar in there. The meal also comes with miso soup which was decent. Overall, this was expensive for what you get, but I guess when there are not a ton of options, you can't be too picky. I would probably come back here again if I had a craving for sushi and it was convenient, but it wouldn't be my first pick for a sushi place. I can probably get something at Casino.

This is the first time I've had pizza in Toulouse, but I've eaten pizza all over the US, and…read moreabroad, and this is up there in terms of great pizza. You would think you almost were transported to Italy with this pizza, it's super fresh, authentic, and reasonably priced. The portions are huge, and we got the entire slab of pizza for 2 people, with 3 different flavors, and it was too much pizza. Next time, I'd probably go with a half slab for 2 people, unless you want leftovers to take home. You can order an entire pizza (€20) half a pizza (€10), or get it to by the weight to go (€28/kg). We opted for 3 flavors: truffle cream with mushrooms, rugby (with a few different kinds of meat), and a bresola and arugula pizza. My favorite one was the truffle cream and the rugby one. The bresola meat was not as thinly sliced as I would have liked, but it was still tasty with the arugula. The rugby and the bresola flavors had tomato sauce, and the truffle cream one did not. The crust was nice - not too thin; not too thick and was crisp on the bottom and the outer crust was chewy and soft. They have seats downstairs too, so don't be discouraged when you walk in and only see 4 small tables on the top floor. Lots of variety here for pizza, good selection of Italian wines by the glass or bottle, and overall a great experience. Don't come with a group bigger than 4, since the tables are fairly small and it will be hard to find enough space. I'd definitely come back here and recommend it if you're looking for a good pizza an are hungry!
