The newspaper is informative and arrives punctually every day. But when canceling the contract,…read moremake sure to do it over the phone!! I sent them mail and they told me they never received it. When I sent an email, just to be sure, it was already over the trial period. Then I discussed my problem over the phone they were wholly unhelpful and said I would still have to pay for an additional 60 days. Afterall, how can I prove I sent the mail on time? Postboxes don't give receipts. Please don't fall into same trap I did :/
