The classes in the A.A. program are easy in that there is not a ton of homework. They understand that we are grown ups with full time jobs, kids, spouses and ex spouses. They teach us what we need to know, nothing more and nothing less. Not every teacher is perfect, some are better then others which is why I gave it four stars and not five but overall, I have learned an enormous amount and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is literally perfect for the working adult with a family.

If you have all A's and a D they wait till the end of the program and tell you that you can't graduate unless you retake the class. You are told numerous things, and the success coach turns around and says he miscommunicated information to you. I have SEVERAL emails regarding all these problems. Other students in my online class are constantly emailing with the same complaints. It has turned into a nightmare! You would think we were the first graduating class it is all so unorganized.. Save yourself the headache and enroll online somewhere else. I wish someone had told me before hand.

My experience with the school has not been all that bad teachers work hard to help you in learning. The campus is clean and small enough you can soon find everything. it has a union hall for students to gather and hear from guest speakers. A theater, gymnasium and Olympic sized pool. It also has campus police and even a theater much to enjoy,if you have the time . They have student focus groups you can become a part of. They help you in finding employment as a active student. They are helpful in transitioning students to a four year college . You can see it has good perks. I am sure it has had people that were not a good fit employed there. They hire a lot of students who may have not yet learned the value of professionalism or even how to add. There has to be a desire to learn the information is presented. this is not the fault of lack of education but lack of motivation. maturity is a process and not something you inherit or are born with. I see work study as a way to teach responsibility and realize we should not complain but ask to speak to a supervisor and pass on the information so that the student could be taught correctly.

I've learned more from the am highschool esthetic teacher and she literally came in and talked to us for a hour. Our teacher will do 1 demo on a subject 1 time and throw us to the wolves. Everything is on us. If we have questions our questions aren't even answered correctly. I don't trust that I'm getting the right information so I have to resort to YouTube... Which is kind of insane in this field because we are literally working on peoples faces..... Once she teaches us the demo we are expected to practice on our classmates but if we are doing it wrong we'd never know because our teacher doesn't watch what we are doing ever. If you want to learn anything about lashes DONT COME HERE because we no longer can even practice tabbing on mannequins due to our teacher not knowing how to do it.
