It was until the past few years, that these migraines would start off as sinus pressure then lead to migraines. If you suffer from them, then you too know all to well what it's like and what a cool, dark quiet place means when the onset of a migraine does. I was desperate, tired and averaging 4 migraines a week that last too long. My friend suggested trying acupuncture. I did some research and ended up finding Han Acupuncture. I made my call, receptionist was quite pleasant and made a easy, I was able to be seen fairly quick. Upon arrival, the office was very welcoming and clean. I saw Dr.Han on my first visit. She's very sweet, calm and explained everything and asked many questions. I wasn't at all nervous I'd have to say more ex than anything. Very hopeful this will help. I went in on a Friday and my next appointment was in 5 days. Surprisingly no headaches after my first session! I was amazed. It is now 3 sessions in 1 week span and I've not had any headaches-migraines-sinuses. Im amazed! On my most recent visit I also had a massage ( I believe her name is Delayna) she was AMAZING! It was much needed and she was magical! Im thrilled to start this new journey. I highly recommend especially if your on the fence.

I really wanted to have a good experience here because the doctor was great. Unfortunately, the…read morefront desk experience completely changed my impression of the office. I asked for a doctor's note to excuse me from work for the next two days while I recover from my back injury. I was told the doctor was at lunch and assured that the note would be emailed to me. Three hours later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called to follow up. Again, I was told it would be sent shortly. Ironically, about a minute after that call, I received an email -- but it wasn't my doctor's note. It was a survey asking me to rate my experience. That pretty much summed up my experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the front desk was extremely disappointing. When someone is injured and relying on your office for documentation needed for work, they shouldn't have to repeatedly chase it down. The doctor himself was great, which is unfortunate because the front desk experience is the reason I rated my visit a 1. At this point, I'm not even sure I'll return for my follow-up appointment and may choose to continue my care somewhere else.
