Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires medical attention, but the staff at Mercy Health were amazing! I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, so I know good care when I see it. Everyone from the techs, nurses, nurse practitioner, registration staff, and the doctor were all kind, quick, and thorough with my stepmother's care. The staff assessed, treated, and discharged my stepmother in a timely manner and made sure they gave us clear discharge instructions and directions for follow-up care. Rating from F to A+++, I would give them an A+++. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your care needs.

They lied. They wouldn't let him come back in at 4:30 because they were about to close in 30 minutes. We live 4 hours away and they couldn't care less that they did not get us in and over with within the time they should have. Mind you our appointment was at 11:30am and he still have not gotten to the most important part of the physical. It was highly unprofessional and stupid.
