I was informed the expensive watch would need to be mailed to Kansas. The employee, who I believe was the owner, was also extremely and bizarrely rude. I took it to a jeweler in downtown Brunswick who did the job within 10 minutes. They have great pieces of jewelry in the store but will handcraft your ideas if they can't find it elsewhere. They do it ALL. I've seen rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, and loose stones. This last visit they had a large selection of watches for both men & women but more impressive was their collection of Civil War era pocket watches.
