I 101% agree to whatever the lady in the earlier review mentioned and experienced it everything first hand myself. She should rename her company to SCAM Remodelling. I had several things done from her like redoing of backyard patio, interior painting of walls, doors and baseboards, outdoor paint, cabinets repaint, quartz slab in kitchen. Out of all these none of the jobs went without any headache. Everyday was a pain as she would just say oh I am not covering this because I already paid out of my pocket. She does not give any advance to her workers and would hire the cheapest people out there to maximize her profits, she would say oh this guy is fantastic and has worked for more than 10 yrs with her its all a big LIE. Then when the job gets completed obviously with some issues she would just shrug it off and blame it on me for not paying enough and the worker who she hired and say oh he never does that dont know why he did this way. She does not care whether the work is done upto the mark as promised before or not. As an example she got the patio/pool deck quote for 3.5k and we talked about redoing everything and not repairing and she agreed with the quote. Her guys did the repair and so when I raised why its not redone entirely as the cracks were still visible the guy who did it says he was not told to do so. At this point this lady also did not care. For interior paint, doors and baseboard job she quoted me 10k(1537 for material, 2400 for 16 doors, 2035 for baseboards, 4050 for painting walls) total and that was such a pain i could not elaborate. Right from the timeline , to who she hired , materials, quality everything suffered. The quality of paint the guy did on walls and doors is all terrible, then comes baseboards where painting and all was included but she said she wont be able to cover it in the cost. For those costs to cover she gave some random numbers on baseboard labor needed for my basement($2000), in reality it was only 60 linear ft and for that she quoted me massive 2k. For kitchen quantz slabs she asked me to pay taxes on them which I did but then said to his worker that since I did not pay taxes he will have to cover it, she plays double games like this and makes me bad infront of their workers as if I did not pay. Even after I paid her in full for everything she did not pay her workers on time and that led to them contacting me and making me look bad as if i did not pay them. She just comes and looks at the job and randomly quotes a number and then tries to find someone. It does not matter to her how the job is done. Then she pays very little to her workers and makes all the money for herself. At the end everyone she hired for work came to me asking me for more money because she hardly paid them as she had to make most of the money herself. No one wanted to work for her again as they got harassed by her. STAY AWAY FOR THIS LADY AS SHE IS A BIG SCAM . SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY.

She originally quoted me 2 weeks for my project, 3.5 weeks later and not a single piece of the project is actually complete. My kitchen is in shambles, my master bathroom is half done, my guest bath hasn't even been started. She ripped off us and all the contractors she hired. She originally quoted us $30K for a project that quickly became $60K. I had to create my own spreadsheet to summarize all the charges because she was unable to ever estimate the total project cost after asking multiple times. Everyday there was a new fee or charge we were going to have to pay. She told me for one of our contractors that she was taking nothing off the top which was lie once I talked to that contractor. For another one of the contractors she was trying to convince me she was paying extra as a favor, meanwhile she was making 30%. She won't tell you her personal fees, she will say she takes very little and gets paid at the end but what she's really doing is adding 30% to every one of her contractors pricing and random materials adjustments claiming it's their price. Asked multiple times for an invoice for the material she bought on my behalf for my countertops. Never got one (pretty sure she negotiated herself a discount there and kept my money). She's got multiple ROC violation/complaints already (see pic), we're filing another. She throws her contractors under the bus convincing you they are the liars not her, trying to make you the bad guy to those contractors and pinning them against each other. She went thru 3 fabricators trying to maximize her profit (my price never changed) while delaying my project. Every contractor and vendor we worked with were willing to share their experience when she wasn't present and proved me right in my assumptions on what she was doing and lying about and they all have zero respect for her. As you will note, we have a very, very modest home. While we were still able, we decided to have a…read morebit of remodeling done... a new bathroom with a walk in tub, cabinetry in the den, and new counter tops in the kitchen and laundry room. We also had a few other areas addressed but these were the major changes. Tom, the owner of Albrecht and Son, came out and sketched our a plan for each room. The remodel was a long and tedious process but we made it through. I was impressed with most of the workers (the superintendent needs a vacation) and the completed work was very, very nice... except the counter tops in the kitchen. Lee's Tapps Counter Tops, LLC installed the granite. Our selection came from the showroom at Albrecht's but the actual rock came from Tapps. They installed it and then they left. For weeks afterwards, no matter how many times I cleaned it, there was a gritty feeling on it, morning, noon or night. I reported this but Tapps never offered to replace it. Instead they simply implied that it was either dirty or it was my imagination. Eventually, I stopped talking about it. When the entire remodel was done, and everyone was paid, Tom asked me if I was happy. He really wanted me to be happy. You have to love that guy. I told him that every time I ran my hand over the granite, I cried. He then set me up with a different company and let us select the slabs of our choice. I know he lost money on this deal but I have to give him credit. He is a true professional and I recommend his company without reservation. I would have given them 5 stars but the superintendent's attitude and the cabinet makers lack of concern about the "little things" deserve the loss of at least one star. Trust me, if you are honest and up front with Tom, he will take care of you. I've posted a few pictures of the end results. This was my first remodel, so I did a lot of research and got multiple bids. Andrew's pricing was lower than others, but his work looked almost too perfect, which honestly made me skeptical at first. I reached out to one of his past reviewers before hiring him, just to confirm they had a good experience and they had nothing but great things to say. Now I understand why. Andrew handled demo, moved the shower to a different wall, installed all new tile, plumbing, lighting, and built the entire shower from scratch. He also has a strong eye for design and helped guide decisions in a way that felt collaborative, not pushy. He showed up exactly when he said he would every single day and worked full 8-10 hour days until everything was complete. His communication stayed clear, consistent, and reliable. He kept the job site clean, contained the dust to one area, and was extremely respectful of my home. I took notice that he was the only contractor who took his shoes off at the door when walking thru to bid. That said a lot to me about him. He continued to do things that showed his good nature and great character. Another thing I really appreciated was I felt that he genuinely looked out for me. A designer I had hired was pushing me toward options that were well over my budget, and Andrew encouraged me to take a step back and think it through. He even suggested better alternatives, which I ended up using. That kind of honesty is rare. He also recommended great companies for other parts of the project, including AQ Glass Arizona Shower Doors and Aaron Dominguez Granite, both of which did excellent work. He stayed on budget, did everything right the first time, and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I've already hired him again for my kitchen and guest bathroom, and he's even come back for a few smaller requests without hesitation. The only "negative" is that he's booked pretty far out, but that's really not a negative. It just means he's in demand. He is absolutely worth the wait. We began our process after contacting Jake Gonzales, owner of DVC. He came and saw our house and what our project would entail. Next we went to the showroom and began the process of picking out materials and discussing our budget. He and his associate Brittany then compiled a list of the materials and the approximate final cost which we then made a second visit to the showroom to finalize everything before Jake and Brittany would do the ordering. Once the materials arrived we began the actual remodel. At this point we were turned over to Dom, Jake's son, who would be the project manager for the entire project. The remodel took roughly 3 weeks and Dom along side his associate Tristan were there almost everyday to supervise the work. The two of them were polite, considerate, knowledgeable and well-mannered. The subs that were hired (ie. plumbing, countertops and installation of cabinets) were exceptional. The day the countertop crew arrived I believe they were in and finished in just a few hours with everything exactly as it should be. All subs were also extremely respectful to my husband and myself, with each group completing their tasks in a timely manner. Dom and Tristan ALWAYS let us know in advance when they or subs would be arriving to work and all were always on time. We could not asked for a more pleasant experience and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.
