Selecting the right school for your child is one of the most important choices you will make as a parent. We carefully looked at other schools in Ocala and we are thrilled with our selection of Redeemer Christian School for Middle School. We selected Redeemer for its solid curriculum in a faith based environment. They have an established sports program and now a high school. More importantly, Redeemer has caring teachers, staff, and parents. Our son is excelling in advanced math and science programs while he loves and excels in his English, History, and other Electives. Our child comes home every day saying that he loves school and that his day flies by. He likes his classmates and it is great to watch them grow and challenge each other. He absolutely loves his teachers, and I adore the fact that they have my child's interests first and foremost, both academically and in his personal growth. My son knows the Bible and is engaged in every single class. We love the fact that they allow children to stretch and have fun while learning advanced concepts. The options for the Hot Lunch program satisfies my picky child and has even allowed him to try and like new foods. The school is growing and with that, communication is growing. No institution is perfect, but Redeemer always strives to be better. The teachers, staff, and Head of School, listen and work to be constructive in their approach. The teachers and staff are firm and considerate, and they treat our children as the future adults that they are. Our son is growing into a smart and responsible young adult. We certainly wish we had moved him to Redeemer sooner. read more

They do not use Christian curriculum. There science and history books are takes from Public schools. Teachers are uncompassionate and they do show not Christ in all things. Not what you would expect from a Christian school size wise. They have over 20 kids in one classroom. We were happy in early years here, but the heart of the school has changed. read more
