I frequently have to call in…read moreto get credentials plugged in for changes to be made to my comp and 99% of the time I am told a ticket will be created and someone will call me back. This is such a waste of everyone's time when it takes less than a minute to plug in credentials. They have no sense of urgency to fix any issues. I had a ticket submitted for a printing issue and it took over a week before someone even came out and about another week to finally fix the issue. This place is way to big for their britches. There are other IT companies that have friendly customer service and more competent techs.
