I worked with Steven Brown during my OPT denial in November due to my DSO mistake at school. I was extremely lucky to reach out to him by chance and very timely as it was the first week of my denial notice. I was very disappointed with my school not cooperating about the mistake and feeling alone in this situation. He was so well informed about the details of regulations, always helpful to you like a family member more than a client, trying to work it for you, and ALWAYS quickly responding with a detailed response to your questions. During my consultation period, I had a chance to speak with around 7-8 immigration attorneys, consulted with 4.  I had a chance to differentiate the people doing their job for only charging every minute without a genuine intention to help your case, more like taking advantage of your frustration. He was the first one to mention an extension on deadline by USCIS to me. I was thinking I had only three weeks to mail the document, then he mentioned there is a two month extension, and he was the first one of only two attorneys mentioning this to me. With this, I had a chance to file my case more attentively. Even my own school employee did not pay attention for me to submit it on time, and they sent the university letter only two days before USCIS was initially supposed to receive it. I was really disappointed with my school but Mr. Brown helped me to stay on track to do the necessary steps for saving my OPT.  He also always reminded me filing it ASAP is still a key in terms of processing times. Also, he was one of the attorneys always responding to my clarification questions in detail, other attorneys always told me I had to make another consultation appointment to get an answer for it. The funny part, those other attorneys were Turkish like me. Immigration issues are really sensitive and tempting for some attorneys because it is very easy to get wrong legal advice and easy for them to pretend they are competent about similar cases to yours. You are depending on the interpretation and advice of attorneys since the communication with USCIS and you are. It is very easy for someone to scare you with high stakes and pretend they are knowledgeable to charge you higher than the cost itself with an incompetent result and an another same denial. Also, there might be alternative/indirect ways to solve it (than USCIS mentioned in their letter) and your attorney can tell you about those methods if they have enough experience. I confidently recommend Steven Brown for consulting your case for student visas, not just as an attorney, also as a true supporter of good results for you. I wanted to share my Exp with Mr Rahul Reddy, he is one of the worst lawyer I have ever seen, he doesn't have completed knowledge on our case, instead of researching about the case, he created a panic and scared us, he just make money out of people's fear, do not ever reach out to Mr Rahul, he doesn't even have proper communication skills, I wonder how he is even a lawyer with his butler english, we reached out to Murthy Law firm and they really helped us to solve the issue and got the visa approved, when we contacted Mr Rahul, he didn't even looked at the documents we sent, he was reviewing the doc duing our call and immediately he scared about the deportation which is not at all a case in our situation, he just created panic and demanded, if you have any immigration related go to any other firm other than Reddy. read more

I wanted to share my experience working with Karm Jivani at the Reddy Neumann Brown law firm. From the beginning, I felt that the guidance I received during the consultation and throughout the process was incomplete and did not provide the clarity I needed, especially given the urgency of my visa situation. Based on a recommendation during a conference call, I proceeded with Karim, but unfortunately the support and preparation I expected were not met. Despite paying the legal fees, I found myself having to prepare most of the petition materials and documentation on my own. The petition was ultimately denied, and I was disappointed with the overall level of engagement and attention to detail throughout the process. ery Fast Service by Nausheen, Sindhu & Ryan Wilck. I attended a lot of Free Conference calls conducted by the Reddy & Neumann law firm. They helped answer most queries in the conference calls. The charges were reasonable and comparable with other law firms, What I liked the most was they encouraged me to take individual consultations & applied those fees towards the final legal fees ( Consult will become free ). so overall I would pay the same fees. Even in the consultation, Rahul Reddy suggested filing COS to a different visa category, in which their team can share the instructions free of charge. So I felt their intent was to best serve the client. Based on the info I received in Free calls, telegram chat groups & consultations, I directly made the payment ( generally I research a lot before making payment ), Then for some reason, I stumbled upon 1* reviews on Yelp & Google. Reason: The team is very slow to process the petition. This got me concerned. Since I had already paid full fees & there was very little time for me to get my petition filed on time, I started being on time with my deliverables (Filing the questionnaire and uploading docs). For sending signed documents & photos, The team mentioned to send using "Priority Mail/ Express Mail" or "FedEx / UPS". This is a way of telling send them ASAP. But I think the team can mention in Email for (Sign Pages) might highlight "Priority Mail/ Express Mail" or "FedEx / UPS" these letters in Red ( Important ). Also, add a note "Further process continues after the receipt of these documents" This will explicitly make it clearer as urgent. This is the only suggestion to the team. Because they were updating so fast for each step, I assumed the team would do parallel processing to "prepare the documents" & once they received my "signed docs" they would combine the documents & ship them to USCIS. So I wasted 1 day & then shipped documents in USPS first-class mail ( This was a mistake on my side). I must have explicitly asked them how they would process. Since it was a long weekend ( documents would arrive very late ) I got really concerned & reached out to Ryan via email/chat. He said my petition was his top priority. and he will work on it as soon as the package reaches him. After the documents reached, Within 1 day he completed the petition ( with 5 revisions & had a call ) & ensured the documents were shipped to USCIS on the same day. Although I had a great experience, why I am giving 1* instead of 5*? Most (or at least myself ) will only come to Yelp when we are concerned/had a bad experience & directly look at 1* review & make the decision to either use the service or skip it. With this elaborate review, I wanted to Thank the team for their timely work and for helping any fellow client who might be concerned. P.S: I am not paid nor I was asked to write a review by anyone from the law office. I believe great work should be praised/acknowledged. One of my friend was struck in a bad situation and need immediate help. I attended Rahul Reddy free conference call and he suggested to consult privately. We paid $400 for Rahul Reddy consultation and during the call he started scolding why you did this, why you did that blah blah.. and he never gave a solution. At the end he said he will not take the case. Hello Mr. Reddy, if you already know that you can't take the case then why you asked to take private consultation and ripped $400 ?? People approach lawyers when they make a mistake or when they need help. Don't be greedy and rip people's money. Note: We also consulted Murthy law with 30 minutes consultation. The consultation lawyer spent around 1 hour 40 mins with exact plan and what they do with our case. My friend safely reached USA. Would never recommend anyone to this Law firm. We had a dreadful experience working with them. They thrive on other people suffering and lack of knowledge about the legal system. We fell into false websites claims promoting "RN Law H4EAD Litigation- Join court case for fast approval, expect approval in 13 to 60 days." 250+ people joined this litigation in the hope to expedite their case due to long USCIS approval wait time (13- 21 months) for H4 EAD . There would be conference call where the lawyer gave false hope and never had a direct answer to any questions. They kept on adding more clients every month with no court dates. If you terminate your contract in between, they will not provide an account for the time spent on this case and will not give you any refund. Shame on you Reddy & Neumann, your firm is currently taking undue advantage of helpless people who do not have much understanding of the legal system. To future client save your precious time and money. A litigation like this does not work to expedite your case, it only helps firms like R N law to thrive on other person misery. After watching few videos of Rahul Reddy on youtube I believed that he would be able to honestly provide me the answers to my complex immigration issues. I spent $400 which is too much for me. It was such a waste of hard earned money. The moment he realized I can't be his client all he did was to give me generic info which I already knew. He won't talk abt my specific issues. He contradicts from what he says in his videos, only a marketing gimmicks. He just talked what he wanted & won't answer anything. Being nice I did not ask for the refund but How insensitive & mean this person is who has no issues stealing your money. Pls save your money from this conman. Well, if I had the option RN law firm doesn't even deserve a single star rating. They are that bad. They have fooled so many H4/H4 EAD applicants. Definitely the biggest scam of 2020 and now continuing to 2021. They have made their money out of other peoples misery. They just sat on our cases and did nothing. When I wanted to withdraw since there was no progress I wasn't even given a single $ in refund. RN does the front end paperwork while Wasden Banias law firm actually fights the h4/H4 EAD case.PLease do not join either RN law firm or Wasden firm.Its a complete waste of money. read more

I shared the same experience with Ambalika D. I am extremely disappointed in R&N lawgroup. I paid them $2,800 for H4 EAD team litigation because I saw their false claims "Join RN Law group H4 EAD lawsuit with $2,800 fee. Approval in 13 to 60 days; better chance than expedit request. Biometric completion not mandatory". However, they basically do nothing useful to push USCIS to speed up the processing, and the USCIS is still slowly processing these cases in their manner. In the 30min weekly conferece call, they are trying to aviod to give detailed progress of those cases, instead, they emphasize again and again how much work have been done by them. They keep giving false hope which gives us who already had very dreadful experience more disappointment and suffering. I felt offended when listen to the attorney in the conference call answering client's questions. Clients are often interrupted when they asking questions that the attorney doesn't like. When learned that the plaintiffs in another H4 EAD team litigation had won the case with the help of another law firm, one client asked the attorney why our case is moving so slow. The answer he got from the attorney is "you can withdraw your case any time". It's really rude and arrogant that I cannot imagin it comes from an attorney. As the team litigation goes on, some clients got their case adjudicated from USCIS. However, this has nothing to do with R&N lawgroup because the Judge has not ruled our case and the USCIS is still processing cases in their manner. It means that most clinents never have to waste $2,800 on R&N, and what they need to do is just waiting for 5 more months to get approved. Most clients sufferred job loss and finacial loss, and now they are ripped off $2,800 fee from their lawyer. Strongly not recommended. Stay away from R&N Law group. read more
