Alicia Collver was exceptional from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, personable, organized,…read moreand genuinely committed to protecting our interests throughout the entire process. Our transaction became unusually complicated, with significant issues arising on the seller's side. Alicia never disappeared when things became difficult. She stayed engaged, fought for us behind the scenes, and continued helping us through every issue until closing. Her responsiveness is remarkable. No matter the time of day, she answers questions and often handles problems after hours when you would never expect your agent to respond. She also connected us with trusted local contractors and services whenever we needed them, while respecting our own research and decisions. Most importantly, Alicia told us from the beginning that she would be there to walk us through every step, and she delivered. When it came down to doing the right thing for her clients, she did. She was even sitting beside us at the closing table. Alicia earned our trust through her actions. Outstanding agent, strong advocate, and someone we would recommend without hesitation.

They gave us an amazing community tour which included the history of the community, deep details on the change over time and composition of long-standing and new inflow of residents. He's an expert on businesses and restaurants across the whole of the surrounding areas. He was very frank about pros and cons for all areas and properties. I think I know more about this area after 3 hours than I do about my current town where I've lived for nearly 10 years. He's even consulted friends at other agencies to help us find the right place to live. His value goes far beyond real estate as he's even inspired us to volunteer and participate in some upcoming community events. I just can't say enough about the value they provided.

He had excellent communication throughout the process, and was able to provide many recommendations for other parts of the process, including lender, legal representation, as well as multiple professionals for home remodels. He was able to set up multiple showings and we placed two offers. We were outbid for the first one, but the final sale price was more than I would have been comfortable in having paid for that home. His insights into the strategy portion of offers proved to be accurate, timely, and insightful. Start of showings to final close was approximately 2 months. During that time we viewed 6 homes, so we had no wasted time on homes that weren't likely to be good for us.
