Not only was it done very fast (I brought it in Friday and it was done Monday), but it was very affordable. I was asked to pay $20, which is their minimum service fee. I took a before photo and after photo. I spilled Windex on my boots that left an ugly stain. When I brought them in, I was told two weeks and he asked if I wanted anything else done besides taking care of the stain. I asked his recommendations and he pointed the heels (under) were worn down and that he could take care of some of the scratches on the front near the toes. Two weeks would be tomorrow but I figured I'd see if they were ready. The phone number went to voicemail and it gave clear instructions to contact by text for questions and that hours on Google Maps is accurate. I didn't receive a response by text so I decided to head to the store. He was actually putting the finishing touches on my boots at that moment. Brother felt alive again! I am pleased with the final product I will come back for future needs I do recommend I paid about $75.00 up front and I feel pretty dang good to have my swag back

He patched holes and sewed up seams in my Uncle Tony's Legionnaire coveralls from post WWII. Ray repaired the pockets in a leather bomber jacket. Ray also gives advice on whether or not an item can be safely repaired. He cautioned me against carrying too much in my purse and tearing the handles loose. He glued down some leather on another purse handle and said to wait two hours before lifting it. I followed his advice and the purse is holding up! He advised me on how to care for my new suede shoes. It's not just me who raves about Ray's work. Anytime another customer has come in while I'm in the store, they always tell me how great they think Ray's work is and what a wonderful person he is. Ray charges for the repairs he makes. The price reflects how long it takes him to do the repair, the difficulty of the repair, and what materials he has to supply to complete the repair. I have always felt that I've paid a fair price for what he's done. Ray's repairs are well worth it!
