I was very happy with the price and the quality of the work and found the girl in the shop to be good with her advice as i was looking for a dark frame and found out my pictures looked better in the more modern light coloured wood with a mount as advised. I have had stuff framed at other picture shops in the area and must say that this shop was much much better than i expected and better than i have experienced before. I will use it again.

DWC started work on a £30k conservatory in Oct 2021. Some 3 years later I am left with a build…read morewhich to rectify these faults need completely dismantling and starting again. This includes, plans which were not drawn adequately from day one, a guttering system that is incapable of working to capacity and so leaks into the build, brickwork which has weak and faulty mortar all the way through the build and an uneven floor. They have agreed that these faults are there! Over the past 3 years the company and consistently tried to rectify faults by bodging and fixing problems as cheaply as possible. I have patiently tried to sensibly negotiate this situation over the past 2 years only to be offered a token gesture of remedial work. They cannot take responsibility to deliver the product they offered. They have now offered to waive a final payment which in no way matches the costs needed to resolve the issues. Put through a living hell for well over 2 years with a weak management structure which cares nothing about the customer and good service only taking money from you. Still waiting for an apology! Disgraceful company.

Please stay away from this company. I purchased a composite door in October 2019, to this day it…read morestill doesn't work. I have called them out around 6 times as I've been locked in (god forbid there is a fire), locked out, door latch not engaging so having to slam the door to close which resulted in cladding falling off the house, not fitted flush so those strong winds we experienced at the beginning of 2020 featured heavily in my hall. The doors closed half locking and half open. I paid £1000 for a composite door and I have to leave the house with my backdoor key just in case. The crappy aluminium glass door that was on there before was more fit for purpose than this one. They have been out and 'adjusted' the door 5 times, bearing in mind that I had to take time off work each time. The last time it seemed like it worked....no it didn't and then we were in lockdown. I called in May and spoke to James, who had been out previously he said they were slowly getting back to normal and would have not only a builder out to fix the cladding but someone to sort out the door. I asked him to email confirmation of this which he did, imagine my disgust to see reviews on here saying they have had their door or work done in the last few weeks! and yet here I am 15th July with a door that I have to push my body up against to close when I'm inside, when going outside I have to put the key in to engage the latch to close it otherwise its a hard slam. It is so unstable I have no idea of what problem we will encounter next, so still making sure we all have the back door key with us. Absolutely appalled by this company. Had great service when ordering, and whenever I call to report the issue the person I speak to is great and responsive but the actual execution of the job is dire. I am now going to begin a claim as I want my money back so I can find and pay a company that knows how to fit a door. So disappointed UPDATE 18/08/2020 They didn't contact me, I emailed a long complaint, took 2 weeks to get in touch with me, because you know they value their customers. Spoke to James again, his usual excuses, finally booked a date in to fit a new frame. Well they turned up yesterday, no new frame, adjusted the door because they hadn't been told by management that a new frame was needed. I called and again asked to speak to Management, but they only ever put me through to James, apparently that's as high as it goes. James tells me the fitters said the door just needed adjusting, but as I said to James, you've been out at least 7 times since I had the door firted in October 2019 and it works for a week or two then doesn't. James insisted it doesn't need a new frame, though I have his email saying it does and told me it will be fine now, but as I exlain every time to this company it won't be......guess what THE NEXT DAY the door won't close. I've sent them a video, and a picture because as I was trying to close the door because its slamming and catching, more cladding has fallen off. This company is beyond appalling.
