We signed an agreement with one of their brokers for him to sell our land. Right after we signed the contract, he disappeared. 6 Weeks later, still no feedback from him, the lot wasn't listed on the MLS. He wasn't replying to our messages, nor our phone calls. I finally contacted the head office and 5 minutes later, this broker sent me an email telling me that he is releasing the listing over to me. He has not done a single thing. If I could rate them a ZERO, this is exactly what they deserve to hire such losers like this one. Please do yourself a favor and shop around for a quality company, this one is garbage. read more

Red Rock engages in reverse racism too. I'm white and disabled and have housing assistance. They told me they don't accept housing assistance, so I thought ok I'll apply without housing assistance anyway, hearing they had affordable properties anyway. While filling out my application, a black couple walked asking about a property, and the very same leasing agent who told me Red Rock doesn't accept rental assistance, plainly asked this couple if they 'wanted to use their section 8 voucher' on the property they were asking about. When I inquired about what I just heard, she look me dead in the eye and exclaimed, we don't accept housing assistance! When I really knew they did! This company is rude, shady, shitty and dishonest on so many levels. Destination to be cited and prosecuted for Fair Housing Act violations. read more

After our lease was up they stated we owed them more money and they threatened us with legal action. I showed emails that they were wrong and the backed off. Red Rock shopped my duplex while being an active tenant. Informed the new buyers my lease was coming up and I was willing to move. This was not true. It's also the third time my property switched management in as many years. I was neither informed of anything going on and only lived in thE place for year. I had multiple property managers without an ability to communicate with new ones as they took control. The communication were awful and I was forced to move at the end of my first year lease. This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. I applied for an apartment & 3 weeks later I finally got an answer after calling & leaving messages constantly. I was told I was approved for the apartment & would receive a call the next day with the specifications of my move-in date and so forth. I told the lady I was waiting to see if the apartment I was getting had a washer and dryer hookup as the apartment complex only had like 7 apartments that had the hookups (I was told that by the leasing agent). The lady said, "okay, I'll leave a sticky note for someone to call the first thing". 1 week went by & I finally reached someone & was told my application was declined. They refused to tell me why, I was placed on hold & no one ever picked up & still after calling 2 days straight, I have yet to have anyone pick up. They are a joke. This has put me in a major bind. I had done told my other apartment complex that I was moving. Thanks Red rock realty for your lies. This company is incompetent & needs major training on how to run a business & honesty. read more

Red Rock Realty made our renting experience MISERABLE!!!! They allowed us to rent a house that has no heat in the middle of January without informing us of any of the issues. The one thing they did tell us was that the garage door was broken and would be fixed... two months later, and it's still wasn't fixed. They also sent us to the wrong water company to get the water turned on... what property manager doesn't know what water company they use!? The lock box stayed on the door for months. The property manager NEVER answered the phone and when we did get a call back, he told us we are unreasonable, liars, and "don't know how businesses work." So, if you ever find yourself renting or buying from Red Rock, do yourself a favor and don't! read more

DO NOT rent or do business with Red Rock Realty Group. If you look at their website, you might get the impression that they are professional and that they care about their properties. That would be a wrong impression. They do not care for their properties! Before Red Rock took over management of the apartment I was staying at, the place was very nice and an enjoyable place to live. After they took over, it started to go down. Since maintenance requests were not taken care of, despite MULTIPLE calls, the place started to feel like a slum in constant disrepair. They couldn't even keep the exterior lights checked in a timely manner so not only were there repairs that were ignored, the place was also in the dark at night (certainly not safe). Red Rock employees are rude, uncaring, incompetent and shady. After dealing with their staff, you get the impression that you are dealing with people who are not to be trusted. In fact, Red Rock is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with. Even though I paid them the full amount for my rent month after month, ON TIME, they repeatedly sent me letters claiming that I only paid a portion of the rent, that I owed them more and that I also owed them late fees. I had to bother with mailing them copies of the checks that they had already cashed and should have had in their records. Regarding the late fees, they told me that they charged late fees based on whenever they get the payment without consideration of the postmark placed on the envelope by the Post Office. Every rental company that I have ever dealt with in the past would go by the postmark of the letter and not the date in which they received it. The postmark is proof that the tenant mailed it in a timely fashion. For Red Rock to charge late fees to tenants without consideration of the postmark on the envelope means that they are fraudulently charging late fees to tenants based on the inefficiency of the Post Office in not delivering it on time (certainly a matter for The Better Business Bureau and attorneys). In addition to all that, Red Rock is not properly screening potential tenants as any decent rental company would do. I saw new tenants coming in that were themselves shady. In fact, I observed these same individuals conducting drug transactions on the property right after they moved in. Look at all the negative reviews of this company. I will never use this realty company again in my life! They have very nasty attitudes. They are only out for your money and not to help you in no kind of way. For the responder to pretty much call me a lie to my comment on the other website is a disgrace. I have no reason to lie to the company about the things that are going in the apartments. No one else has complained might be true but I have and will continue if Im paying the type of money they are asking me for. The neighbor above me said he has problems with rats he puts his cats inside and let them catch them. The people around there are filthy. The neighbor has told me himself his cat was on top of his kitchen counter trying to have her kittens and fell off and broke her neck. Now how nasty is that. They are suppose to have someone to come every month and spray. I moved in July 2nd someone sprayed July 3rd I haven't seen anybody since. I called the health department to come and take pictures and make a report. The only reason pest control recently came out was because the health department forced them to do so. There is a infestation with spiders, rats and roaches. I shouldn't have to call maintenance every month and remind them of their job. I saw a dead possum at the end of my building I noticed that the older was slowly going away so my feelings on that is the dead possum was in my crawl space the owner think I don't deserve a dime and has the nerve to hold my security deposit for 60 days that tells me my money look better in their pocket then it does in mine plus they get interest off my money for 60 days you would think with this any main act after three and a half months begging them to come out and look and see what the problem is and be honest about it after the health inspector wrote two letters that they would make an exception and give me the security deposit within 10 days like the property manager said keep in mind the property manager last name is crook the resident manager been a preacher for 5 minutes they are all In Cahoots to screw you out of your money and the crook guy think his job is to screw his own people so the so-called resident manager read more
