The sink had a crack and I had to go 3 days without a kitchen sink. This wasn't their fault as it was damaged when it was shipped, but the communication on when the new one would be in wasn't communicated well. They said next morning. I waited until it was the afternoon and still no one came. Then I had to call to be told it would either be afternoon or not until the following day. They didn't inform me they weren't going to make the afternoon, I had to figure it out when no one showed. Other then the poor communication with that issue they were great. (The people who put the backsplash in where the highlight of this project. Nicest most accommodating people I've worked with.)

I ordered flooring from Lumber Liquidators which was then sub-contracted out to The Floor Gallery (aka A & A Flooring- the same company but does the installing of their sales). I cannot stress enough how AWFUL my experience with them was. It was truly a nightmare. Please, please, please save yourself the heartache and take your business somewhere else. I am in the military and inform everyone I work with to beware of this company, as they have absolutely zero integrity or work ethic. I had my flooring installed 3 separate times because they hired a 3rd independent contractor (Lumber Liquidators ----The Floor Gallery --- Independent contractor/crew) who was not sufficiently trained and destroyed the floors that were originally ordered. The first time they installed the flooring, within hours the flooring was popping up everywhere! Each and every single plank was raised and separated from the foundation and the installed quarter-round and shoe moulding was not even secured. Two days later, they sent the same crew (who clearly was not trained on installing this type of flooring) out to "fix" the floors. The solution they chose involved only a hammer and a blow torch. They merely burned and hammered down each and every plank --which ruined the entire floor with burn marks and indentions. As a result they had to re-order the flooring. I should mention that the crew that was in my home was not professional at all. They were clearly angry that they had been called back out to fix the shoddy job and made comments saying my floors were cheap and commented on pictures hanging on the walls. They asked inappropriate personal questions about my personal life and completely insulted me. When I reported this to the owner he further insulted me insinuating that I was racist. Being that half of my family is hispanic and bi-racial I can think of no greater insult. After waiting over a month for the re-ordered flooring to come in, the owner wanted to send the SAME crew a 3rd time back out, stating "I owed them the opportunity to fix it". Frankly, no sane person would allow a crew that was insulting, unprofessional, and clearly lacking the needed skills back in their home again. The very idea that I "owed" it to them is comical. I had to argue multiple times with the owner and insist a new crew return to install the floors a 3rd time. Following the third install, the owner returned for the inspection and observed several things like damage to the door threshold stating he would have someone return later to repair them. By that time I just wanted nothing to do with this company and signed off that the job was complete. It was not surprising that I never heard form the owner to make those repairs. If you are thinking of using The Floor Gallery for your new flooring please take these words of caution seriously. I saved for years to have these floors installed and this experience was scarring.

They put my designs in their software and basically we went back and forth through email to get my designs the way I wanted them. I paid half of the total invoice and they built my cabinets and delivered them to my house. Then I paid the other half. I am pleased with their craftsmanship. Everything is built sturdy and made of solid wood. They built everything to meet my specifications, within the inch. The people at Suburban Cabinet Shop were helpful and understanding of my changes to the design. All in all, it was a good experience. Note.... The pieces I had them build were unfinished (I painted and stained them) and I also had them installed. They did not do that. So if you need your pieces finished and I installed.... You may either need to look elsewhere or find someone to do those services for you. Best part.... I designed, built, paid for, and ad delivered these pieces through email contact only. No in person contact and no phone calls. Technology is so great.

Our adventure with Ward Wood started in October of 2024 when we placed an order for Euro Front…read morecabinets. We told Casey, our salesman, that we wanted solid oak and that we were going to stain them. When they were delivered in late December, the quality was sub-par. Most of the doors were rough and none of the doors or drawers were solid wood. We were confused as why only around 30% of the cabinetry was actual hardwood Oak. When we asked about the quality, we were told solid slab front cabinetry was impossible to make out of solid wood. It would have been great information to have prior to production. We ended up having all of the rough doors and ones with chipped veneer sent back for reproduction. Casey, was snide and condescending when we returned the doors. He even went so far as to smile at us when we were showing him all the flaws. When the reproduced doors were done, Then, some of them no longer fit the hardware that they originally came with and need to be replaced AGAIN. My husband was told yesterday that someone would need to come measure and pick the doors up. I received a call this morning that it would be Monday or Tuesday before someone can come out. At this point, this has gone on too long. I spoke with Sam at Ward Wood this morning and discussed my frustrations over the process. He said "your expectations are too high and you don't understand the process". Customer service is abysmal at this place.
