There is a full kitchen, which my mom took full advantage of, equipped with a wine cellar. Once we moved the furniture around a bit, the place was large enough to handle 5 adults and two hyper little boys with all their Christmas presents. I was excited about what they call a "European" shower, but it was not as great as hyped up to be. My nephews although enjoyed the jet tub. The whole living space has a beautiful Southwest Rustic feel. All in all the living accommodations were wonderful. Extras: -Hot Tub (much needed after skiing and the freezing weather) -Ski in and Ski out ability, but if you want to get to the village there is a shuttle running most of the time which will come pick you up where every you want. They were always super friendly. -Discounts on ski rentals - Breathtaking views of the snowy mountains Suggestions: -All wheel or 4 wheel drive is needed to get to this place, unless you want to walk (or shuttle) from the bottom of the mountain. -Don't run up the hill. Elevation + below zero weather + Christmas dinner do not make for a pleasant run.

The person to whom the listing was referred handed the listing over to Andrea Frost. It took her 3 weeks to get my first name right (Victor, a hard name to remember) and lacked the desire to ensure that my last name was correct on documents. Because I brought the seller, Frost also represented the seller. That very first day, right out of the gates, she lost the seller's earnest deposit check. She frequently sent me documents for my wife and I to sign and then "drop" off at the office. With current technology available to sign documents electronically, a 250 mile round trip was completely unnecessary. Frost assumed that I had direct communications with the seller, I did not, she was a friend of a friend. I elected to use a realtor to handle those communications and Frost did not effectively perform that role. She did not meet the inspectors, appraisers, etc. She gave them the lock box code and let them have access, or I had to arrange for a relative to meet them. Since she did not meet the appraiser at the property, simple questions that could have been resolved on-the-spot required a revisit, costing the seller an additional money. When I had a relative meet them the second time, she stated that she did not want them to "interfere." It was MY property and I found this insulting. Communications with the lender and underwriter broke down, and no one was informed for over a week that we were ready to close. Frost called and asked if I talked to the title company. I was surprises, as I had not been told we could close. I'm not happy with Coldwell Banker for lining me up with this lazy, incompetent, and ineffective realtor.

It also had a separate closet for skis/boots and lots of closet space *location-just a couple of blocks from the lifts and a shuttle picked us up in the parking lot of the condos and dropped us off at the ski lift, minimizing the time we had to walk in ski boots! *fully equipped-washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 TV's with DVD players (good for kids to watch movies), and a full size table *nice view-balcony both downstairs as well as up *2 fireplaces, including 1 in the master *Excellent Customer service! I left a couple of items in a drawer and they mailed them back to me the same day! Cons: Built in the 80's. This is the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars! THANK YOU RODNEY for everything!!

Condos are privately owned so each one likely has a different "feel." But both were in great shape, VERY clean and comfortable---plus lots of bath towels, extra pillows and blankets. Ample parking, the shared hot tub is open air and very nice and clean. The location is fantastic, extremely east and fast access to the lifts/ski mountain. Finally the staff is wonderful: extremely helpful and friendly, we were able to arrive early and check out late AND they contacted us when they found an item mistakenly left behind.

It's a scam. The idea of the Earthship house complex seems so amazing. The homes we see on YT or…read moreother places lead to you to believe it is super cool. Visiting the visitor center is a joke. You pay roughly 10 buck a pop for each person, even a 14 year old, to walk through a home that shows you how water works in the environment of a home- it's actually pretty obvious and no different from anything you've seen online. It doesn't show you how a home actually looks like. You do not walk through an actual home and see what the kitchen looks like, or what bedrooms and a family room look like. And let us be honest, these homes are expensive- 500k-700k for a 2-3 bedroom home with 1400 square feet. And, many of the homes are close to other homes, so it is still like you are in a an offgrid master planned community. Pretty disappointed.
