She was able to handle all of my documents and had me in and out in less than an hour. Last year, I was new to the state and went to another tax preparer who did not explain why I owed the state. She offered to take a look at my 2022 return to ensure it was completed accurately. This was a really nice gesture and I have a lot more faith that my taxes were handled well this time. Although we had to part ways because of State Farm's underwriting guidelines after three reported incidents within a short period of time, that decision had nothing to do with the outstanding service we always received. Over the years, she has become more than just our insurance agent, she has become a friend. She took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and was always there when we needed her. While we're disappointed that we had to leave, we're grateful for the years of excellent service and support. If you're looking for an insurance agency with people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Jerel Wright State Farm. Thank you, Regina, (your husband also) and everyone at the office, for everything you've done for our family. Just a side note-we are back with State Farm and it's a complicated story.

I needed to leave a review for TrustPoint Insurance for a couple reasons. My insurance advisor,…read moreSky Merit, helped me in finding homeowner's insurance for my new home in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Because of annual brushfires in Southern CA, it is sometimes difficult to get insurance depending on your location. That challenge didn't scare off Sky. He searched his network of providers and eventually found one for us. Sky was friendly, courteous and professional. I never felt rushed on the phone, and he was always willing to answer any questions I had in full detail. Yesterday I reached out to him to add earthquake insurance, and within 24 hours we met over the phone, and he had a fully researched option for me with a company that had a A- credit rating. Not only was he prepared, he is super efficient as well. To put my mind at ease, we had a policy in place within 10 minutes of being on the phone. I highly recommend Sky at TrustPoint Insurance for insurance needs. It is a great feeling to be more than a number and have someone with experience having your back!
