This is an odd review, given the circumstances…read more Long story short, I received a notification from DoorDash thanking me for my $600 of alcohol purchased. Thing is, I didn't order it and the delivery address was far from mine. So after some googling, I finally managed to track this place down. Now comes the review part... Ultimately the customer service was horrible. I called and asked if they'd received an order for $600 worth of liquor, to which they said they did. I gave them my name and explained that order did not come from me, as it was a fraudulent charge as I called my credit card company and flagged the charge. Needless to say, my attempts to help them went continually unheeded. They asked why I didn't cancel (you can't once the order is accepted), and I explained. I told them it was in their interest to not honor the order, unless they wanted to lose all that liquor. An hour passes, and I receive a new email. My "order" is now on it's way. Cue facepalm. In a last attempt to stop them from being ripped off, I edit the order explicitly stating the order is fraudulent and do not deliver. More time passes. Now I received a phone call from the delivery person asking me to come down, with ID, to pick up the order. Sigh... I explained, yet again, that it was fraudulent and there would be no one coming to pick up the order. No good deed goes unpunished I guess. Just avoid this place. They obviously do not care if someone fraudulently uses your cards, so long as they get their sale. Go elsewhere.
