We are so impressed with Bird's Land Services that we already asked for a quote for another job…read more Brittany was quick to respond to our questions and the work was done on time and for the quoted amount. Their equipment used to do the stump grinding was excellent and they had the job done in much less time than I expected. Initially, I was considering renting a stump grinding machine but to be honest, Bird's had the job done in less time and with no hassle at all. I wouldn't hesitate one second to refer Bird's to my friends and family

I reached out via Yelp to Mr. Clardy's phone. There was no answer - he was too busy to answer but…read morereplied via text that he would get back with me very soon. He contacted me minutes later and came over very quickly to assess the damage to my ceiling. My air conditioner evaporator had iced up and water had traveled down the duct until it leaked out onto the ceiling at the entrance to my home. I'd had the air conditioner replaced and needed to repair the ceiling. He came over the very next day and repaired the ceiling where it had separated at a joint, primed the ceiling, and applied the needed joint compound. It needed to cure but he showed up as planned the next morning and finished the job. One cannot tell that there had been damage. He was timely and very skilled, and I appreciate his responsiveness to my needs! It is a job well done!

No communication to let us know they were running late or would not even make it- rearranged my work schedule to be there for this. When I called their dispatch, all I received was the run around and no answers. The Office Manager calls me and I asked her to cancel my membership and she begins to lecture me on how I should have empathy and that things happen. I stated correct, things do happen- but suggesting me to be a certain way is not her job nor is it professional. At the end of the day business is business. After an earful, I was cancelled- AND they did not follow through with the service call they missed or even try to make things right. Thanks Benton's! True colors. Stay away!

When Mr. Benton realized the problem could not be solved day of, he ensured that window units were installed the next morning without question. I have never seen this happen before. I don't imagine I will need HVAC services after their repairs, but I will recommend Benton's to anyone that does.
