Shout it from the rooftops. These are the greatest bedsheets of all time. Red Land Cotton is a family owned operation that grows its products from the ground and and manufactures them right here in Alabama. They have a store in Moulton, (Northwest Alabama), but you can order from their site as well. I called in with a few questions and a very kind and friendly lady answered them and took my order over the phone. The sheets arrived the next day via UPS overnight shipping, (which is apparently free with an order of over $100). Couldn't ask for nicer or quicker service. They mostly make bedding, (sheets, blankets, quilts, duvet covers etc), but have some bath and kitchen items as well. I was a little hesitant to order because the prices are what they are, but once these sheets arrived I knew that I'd gotten what I paid for. I'm not an expert in thread counts or fabrics in general, but the quality of these is obvious at first glance. Think about your grandma's old quilt that she's had for 30 years that's somehow still a great quilt. This is that level of stuff. Remarkable. They grow and process the cotton, they cut and stitch the sheets by hand, and their stuff is meant to last for years. If you're in the market for a solid splurge and you want to make sure it's something you can really enjoy, get this place on your radar. Order a set of these sheets, spoil yourself. You deserve it. Quality of product and service. These bed linens are the opposite from what they advertise. Their description follows, "our cotton percale is breathable and durable. While some may find it a bit "rougher" than they're used to, it does soften beautifully with every wash". This is not true! We followed the washing instructions. These linens are rough, itchy, hot and far from soft. Don't buy these unless you want those qualities in your bedding. read more
