Honestly the establishment could use some tender loving care in the form of a deep cleaning and some additional loving care in the form of restocking 8-Bit Castle merchandise etc. That being said, I couldn't say enough great things about this establishment as I know first hand how difficult it is to begin and continue to run an establishment (I'm a fellow entrepreneur) and can attest to the wonderful work that they've done here. He cares about the artist, the song and the quality. When I couldn't play something cleanly Sam literally turned his chair around and used his own human body to mute my strings so we didn't get unwanted overtones. This poor guy is using his thumbs, sliding up and down the neck while I play just because he cares that much about the product.
