They have really good set menus, that are very well priced for the amount of food that you get. I usually order a takeaway on fri/sat night and despite being the restaurants busiest nights the food is always of a good standard. Had they at least had the decency to apologise and take responsibility for their own failings it may have been forgiveable due to our party size of fifty, but not considering we preordered a week in advance. In addition, it was apparently our fault that... a) One of our eight tables (who received their food last) not having finished their starters. This therefore for some reason prevented them serving a main course to anybody else. The real kicker was that the table in question had finished their starters half an hour prior to this conversation. b) We apparently had backed up their entire kitchen due to our failure to sit down at 7pm, despite our booking, in writing, having been confirmed as 8pm and no one of our party even being in the building at 7pm. I particularly enjoyed clearing my own table and taking our plates to their kitchen for them having sat with dirty plates in front of us for an hour and a half between our starter and main course. When the food did finally arrive, the portions were very small, it was served cold and was for the most past bland and flavourless. Add this to an argument over the bill when basic maths even alluded the manager who gave the table next to us 25% off the bill, and us 10%, because their table was bigger. I can only think they skipped school on the day basic proportioning was taught. I can't stress enough how poor this is as a place to eat and would not recommend it to anybody.

Accusing me for blackmailing! I politely tried to explain the Arab man that returning food due to low quality is not considered to be blackmailing in the UK. After several attempt asking him to stop recording me, as I haven't given him permission to do so, I was kicked out of their store. I found this reaction super intimidating, and got the impression that this kebab store often got a lot of complaints from costumers. I will never make any purchase from that kebab store again. I have never before experienced such a primitive and rude behavior against costumers. This experience was outrageous! I would give 0 stars if I could.
