I hired this company to build a back porch with roof, and to do interior remodeling living room, kitchen, and hallway . The porch roof leaked right over top of entrance door, and the rain runoff gutter. This company made several attempts to remedy the roof leaks and I did a leak test with a garden hose and it appears to not be leaking as of now. The first big hard rain may tell another story. The interior remodeling consisted of removing carpet and padding down to bare floor in living room and hallway, the kitchen had linoleum over it. This company was to also remove ole wood paneling and replace with Sheetrock and laminate flooring on floor, as well as replace windows and doors trim, baseboards, and to install backsplash underneath the cabinets in the kitchen . During the installation of Sheetrock it was not cut to fit properly, the drywall tape had humps in it, and all the light switches and outlets was cut jagged and too large also recessed inside the wall instead of taking the time to move the boxes 1/2 inch to be flush with the Sheetrock. This was corrected somewhat still unsatisfactory. After hit and miss painting the Sheetrock, drywall tape humps everywhere due to improperly taking the time and effort to smooth the tape down and applying the 3 needed coats of drywall compound to smooth out the tape humps. A total painting disaster to the new walls installed. The backlash was improperly installed overlapping the window trim in the kitchen. This caused the window trim to be around 10 inches short , and no window seal was installed. After laying the laminate flooring down this company completely covered 2 of the 4 Heat/Air vents with laminate flooring. On discovery in the kitchen it was fixed. Upon discovering another vent completely covered in the living room yesterday with laminate flooring. I will have to hire another contractor to correct this issue, as I cannot get in contact with this company. As you can see all the incompetence, lack of pride, and integrity of doing a good job I cannot give this company any favorable reviews, and would warn anyone looking for a contractor to stay as far away as you can from hiring this company that cuts corners by buying the cheapest products without allowing me and wife to even pick the paint and laminate flooring out, try rushing the job up, and lack of business skills as well as work skills..

Because he had done a great job of pulling the wool over my eyes, I made the mistake of paying him the agreed upon sum before I left.
