I called inquiring about an order I had made. Instead of getting the run around or met with excuses, I was met with something entirely different that is very hard to find these days. Honesty. As someone who works in customer service, I know honesty goes a heck of a long ways. After repeated apologies (which wasn't necessary because I get life happens ) they delivered the flowers to my family who really needed a pick me up at just the right time. Sunday delivery was unavailable so I put the order in for Saturday so they'd be at the Sunday viewing, but then I got a phone call from Stacy. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. Although I've never stepped inside, the customer service was superb and the website was very easy to use and order from. I quickly browsed through the site for an affordable bouquet and found one instantly. Since I was ordering online the day of her birthday I was concerned that they might not be delivered to her until the day after especially if they were busy. However, that was not the case. I think this is where my friend picked up the sand plum jelly she brought by a couple days ago too. The owners were in and are just the most pleasant folks.
