Time changes have to be made a day in advance, not the day of or the limo could be subject to being late due to extra time and miles added. Lady Limo has great Chauffeurs and volunteer services for benefits. The rates are reasonable.

On the second day, this lateness made some of us miss a major portion of a once-in-a-lifetime event we planned to attend. Her charges and billing seem outrageous and arbitrary. She charged $75 for "snacks" which equated to 2 mini-candy canes. She charged for spilled whiskey although there was no whiskey on board of the limo and we certainly didn't bring it either. Communicating with her is hostile to the point that you are dragged to court if you don't comply with her. And be aware, your credit card on file (although you may never agreed to have that info stored) will be charged for what she thinks you owe her; multiple times. Furthermore, I got knowledge that after more than 7 months, she still hasn't paid her mechanic for the days of work he put into the vehicle to get her limo up back and running when she got stranded on the side of the road! If I may recommend anything about that business then it would be to stay far away from it!
