What an awful experience. Unfortunately we bought a house that had Craig Kuhlman, a Boardwalk…read moreagent, as the listing agent... So we didn't have a choice in the matter. Craig recycled forms our sellers had used when they bought the place, simply crossing out their names and writing ours in! His forms were outdated and filled out incorrectly. He was sometimes weeks behind in sending paperwork that was legally required to be sent within days. He left our listing as active almost 3 weeks after the sellers accepted our offer. He was incredibly lazy, stating several times that he didn't feel like coming from the valley to meet with his sellers. He was so out of communication with his sellers that they ended up calling OUR agent asking what was happening... Then he had the gall to complain that things were not going according to protocol! Several times, he made statements about the wishes of his clients without ever asking them what they thought of what we were offering. I'm so glad we were able to complete this purchase DESPITE the complete lack of effort or cooperation from Craig. We are lucky that we had a hardworking agent who picked up the miles of slack Craig left. Unfortunately, our poor agent had to endure most of this transaction with Craig hitting on her the whole time, saying constantly that he would only do X (thing he was supposed to do) if she would have dinner with him. Ugh. Oh, and we still have Craig's lockbox on our door, after weeks of our agent emailing and calling him to have it removed. Classy.

BEST AGENT IN THE GAME. I'm sure there are many different agents to pick from but let me tell you…read morewhy you need JESSE REYES on your team! I researched for days and spoke with a couple of agents, we really needed someone who knew what they were doing. Being that Jesse is a licensed Broker he came to us with extensive knowledge and top notch credentials. We decided to go with Jesse and here is our experience...I got married June 22 and immediately started looking for our dream home. Jesse set me up so immediately when a house hits the market that has all the checks we're looking for in a house, we get an e-mail notifying us. This alone gave me and my wife the upper hand in the market. It seemed like twice a week or more I ask Jess to come out and do a walk through of multiple houses for multiple weeks. He never said no, always made it happen, late night, holiday weekends, it didn't matter he made it happen. Never once did I feel like Jesse was in a rush, at each house he would tell me his honest opinion, the good and the bad of each property. Finally we found it! My wife told me the magic three words I LOVE IT. I told jesse we need this house, this is the one, WRITE IT UP JESS. This was probably the hottest property on the market because it got ton's of offers. I'm telling you when it comes to popular houses it really comes down to your AGENT. I don't know how he did it but he did. Jesse was able to get our offer accepted in a very competitive scenario with multiple offers on the table for a house in high demand. As a first time buyer and FHA borrower he made my offer stand out, adding personal touches to our offer, he followed up relentlessly and was able to close early making me a strong buyer! Jesse has great advice on how to navigate the home buying process explaining every step and every option for us. You always hear stories about people looking for months but never getting there offers accepted, well if you want a one shot kill JESSE IS YOUR MAN!
