the worst bus ever. I had an accident and call customer service to switch my ticket for the next day. THEY SAID NO YOU WILL PAY AGAIN. This was disappointing because other buses take into consideration natural cause and switch your ticket for the next day. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I BOOK WITH RED ARROW. If you can not understand your customers then why spend money on you. I am disgusted and disappointed. If you want a bus company to understand you then go with Felix and Rider express, sadly the time I wanted to leave they were not scheduled so I had to go with red arrow then this happened. they are even rude when they talk to you. read more

Red Arrow is a HIGH CLASS very affordable Alberta express shuttle bus service that serves major and minor cities. The busses are quite new, very comfortable, modern & well equipped. And I find them more comfortable than the nicest planes I've been on. Wi Fi, Refreshments & in transit movie are complimentary. Plugins are available for power and headphones. Here in Lethbridge, there is a pickup at the Sandman Hotel, where their ticket office is, and also at U of L. I took the shuttle to the airport. Can't drive and park for this price plus there's no down time as you can work while travelling.
