I will not be bringing my son back to this filthy daycare. He came home with hand foot and mouth…read moreyesterday. Blisters were not on his hands and feet Monday. I have a newborn and I am currently not working therefore majority of the time I am at home. The last time Cameron went to the playground outside of daycare was over a week ago. The director brushed off the hand foot and mouth claim stating she has no idea where it could have possibly came from but obviously it came from another child at daycare. I would be putting a two week notice in however, it is unnecessary for me to pay for any more weeks tuition that Cameron will not allowed to be in attendance. Also for the temperature in the building is so cold that for 3 weeks straight my sons nose has been running he's been coughing sneezing and ears/arms have been cold. The director laughed when I rolls her they need to clean more. Mats that the kids play on are filthy. Workers smoke cigarettes outside in front instead of the back of the building. I liked a few staff members there but altogether this facility is dirty and run down. This is the cheapest daycare in Stafford va however you get what pay for. Kindercare learning center is way better. The floor Mats in the 3s and twos class rooms are so damn dirty!! Do not enroll your children

We were a little hesitant because it wasn't bright and new as some of the other locations we had checked out but I am so happy we pushed that aside and enrolled our daughter in the 3s class. In just 2.5 months she has learned so much. Ms. Kelly has been great. My husband and I are amazed at the transformation we see daily. I love that the children have work books and have a visual behavior guide. I would encourage anyone looking for childcare to check out Dawning Point especially if you have a 3 year old.

We have been sending our son to Goddard School on Highpointe Blvd since he was about 18 weeks old…read more As new parents, we were apprehensive about sending such a tiny little human being to daycare, but Ms. Aileen, Ms. Eb, Ms. Tracy, and Ms. Susan quickly put our minds at ease and helped us with the transition as new parents. Onto his next class, Ms. Danielle, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Justine, and Ms. Brittany helped him explore his new, big world of experiences as a new walker, talker, and eater. In his current class, Ms. Angie, Ms. Alaina, Ms. AJ, and Ms. Christina have continued the streak of excellent service by being receptive, responsive, respectful, and professional in addressing any questions or concerns we might have. We encourage open and respectful communication with all the teachers and administrators and also appreciate the feedback they have to offer regarding our son. Although we pay for this service, what these teachers and staff provide is actually priceless and invaluable to our family. They spend so much time with him, helping to shape his personality, physical, mental, and emotional development, and first experiences in this world. We also really appreciate the equally professional and responsive service provided by management and admin staff Ms. Ayesha, Ms. Amna, and Ms. Veronica as well as other staff members, Ms. Alexis, Ms. Delisha, and Ms. Carol. It's difficult to pick a favorite, as they are all great and deserving of recognition. It's definitely a team effort environment and each of them have played an important role in our son's first years of life. We are eternally grateful.

My son's time at Goddard has come to an end, and I feel it's only right to share my experience…read more On his very first day, I picked him up and noticed he was limping. The owner, Wendy, was present and even asked what happened. However, the staff had no explanation, and no incident report was provided that day or the following day. That evening, I had to take him to KidMed because he could not put weight on his left leg. (I have attached the KidMed invoice with the date.) When I asked my son what happened, he said he twisted his ankle on the playground. What prompted me to write this review was my final interaction with the owner, Wendy. Earlier in the day, I had called Mrs. Ray and asked if I could receive my son's medication back and a letter confirming my prorated rate in writing. When I arrived, Mrs. Trina and Mrs. Ray kindly greeted me, returned the medication, and Mrs. Trina even gave my child a hug. However, when I asked about the letter, Wendy stated, "It was sent to your bank." I reminded her that I called two hours prior and specifically requested something in writing, which Mrs. Ray acknowledged at the time. Unfortunately, Wendy's demeanor was dismissive and unnecessary. I also reminded her that I never received an incident report for my son's injury--something that, by law, should have been given to me immediately without me needing to ask. Despite the negative experience with Wendy, I do want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Trina, Mrs. Ray, and Ms. Bri. Thank you for always welcoming my child with warmth and care. Please continue doing what you do--you truly made him feel comfortable and valued.

So we just moved to Stafford & both my children were coming from Hollin Meadows Elementary but my…read moredaughter is in 2nd grade & my son is in 6th grade! That means he's going to middle school and she stays in elementary... So I actually visited back in January, I was greeted & treated with respect (which was really nice) everyone was kind, happy and actually had us excited for my daughter to start! So last week I dropped off all the paperwork to enroll my daughter except for a lease or deed & 2 bills in my name @ my address & I was actually in & out pretty quickly! (It definitely didn't take as long as it did to enroll my son!) Only thing that bothered me really, was when we were coming out of the bathroom there was a teacher in the hallway with a male student, about 5th grade or so I believe, with a teacher & there was obviously a problem that happened in the class which the teacher had removed the students because of! What bothered me was while the teacher was talking or going over the disciplinary action that was going to be taken she had her hands on the student sort of grabbing his upper arms & the kid was yelling @ the teacher! When we got back into the office there were 2 other students who I assumed were part of or the cause of the disruption because one boy had tears steadily running down his face & the other boy was yelling at the office lady trying to tell her what happened! It was at this point I thought to myself that it must have been really bad & after whatever happened the teacher did the right thing by separating the kids & they obviously don't know how to act because my children would NEVER yell at a staff member at their school none the less disrespect an adult or a class mate! So I immediately felt differently after seeing the bigger picture! Once that was over we were given the rest of information on what to expect with the enrollment & then we were good to go! I went back the next day to drop off the deed & even though it was the end of the day on a Friday we were helped pretty quickly to get the copies made & was given a 30 day extension on getting the 2 bills in my name @ my new address! All in all my daughter hasn't even started the school yet & I already love it! I just hope there are no bullies here but honestly I've heard nothing but good things about this school so I really hope that we didn't get our hopes up for nothing! Once she's been there for a month or so I can update my review!

Great school. Amazing teachers that stay connected with the parents. Love it !read more
